damned i like the admiral, most parts seen 2 or 3 times but he is the most interesting and best played role of jag, yesterday he was again the advisor of a bellisario film team, lol like the reactions of the team, taking notice that reality costs too much.
the music in the background makes it a cool seen so after shooting up the court room he still get promoted to Capt and at the end of the show Hmmm just proves
"Humor me, Cheif, just every once in a while, i like to blow the hell out of something.' 'I know the feeling." Reminds me of a few guys in my chain of command!
"That's a lot of firepower for a lawyer" as he doesn't appear to see the Budweiser on Chegwidden's breast. for a SEAL, a 9mm and a shotgun are small potatoes. at best
Stateside Army MPs, Air Force Security Forces and Navy Security Forces carry 9MM hollow point ammunition. Speaking from experience. Former Army MP and civilian base security for 7 years.
Non-combat roles they can. White Phosphorus is only supposed be for signaling or smoke screen, not as a weapon, undue suffering by the Hague and Geneva Conventions and mortar crews can show how well that works
The joke is that Rabb once fired a submachine gun in a courtroom. That particular judge became a common excuse why the JAG crew needed to do things the hard way instead of the easy a few times.
Most military officers never see O-6, Colonel/Navy/Coast Guard Captain. O-5s make decent money and if they choose to retire, make even more money working for certain companies, still collecting military retirement that they earned. Their clearance alone will nearly assure employment in some cities
“That’s a lot of firepower for a lawyer, Commander!”… Admiral Chegwidden: “Obviously, you haven’t seen him in the courtroom”… LOL
what's funny is he ain't joking....
In a case of MP5K-PDW vs. ceiling, Rabb's MP5K-PDW won.
I dont fully remember that episode. Did Rabb shoot the roof on purpose Hans Gruber style or was the MP5 meant to be unloaded?
@@heisdeadjim Harm loaded the MP5 on purpose.
@@naphaneal .. and got a bill a few years later for damaging an a/c unit. IIRC
r.i.p. ceiling.
Considering the time Commander Rabb blew holes in the roof with an SMG. :)
That kept getting referenced in subsequent episodes so I had to go back and find and watch that one. Totally amazing! hahaha
Even a 2-star US Navy Admiral has the privilege to make some jokes.
That starts with Silver Oak Leaves and above: Navy/Coast Guard Commander and above everyone else's Lieutenant Colonel and above

Bs.... military cant use hollowpoints(Geneva convention). Sabot slugs are worthless in a smoothbore 590A1
Stateside Army MPs, Air Force Security Forces and Navy Security Forces carry 9MM hollow point ammunition. Speaking from experience. Former Army MP and civilian base security for 7 years.
Also it is the Hague Accords that banned hollow points however the US did not sign the agreement.
