Here's a review from a kadjar Owner 1.6 Dci 2wd Dynamic S My mpg in London Traffic is around 42 mpg to 37 mpg . Kadjar is very comfortable even on 19 Inch wheels as the tyre's are not low profile as result providing some cushion. . Motorway driving expect 62 mpg Speakers sound quality are Stunning . How is to drive? I drove both 1.5 Dci & 1.6 dci there's positives & negatives on both engines 1.5 dci is more fuel efficient by 10 mpg It also suffers less from Turbo lag although is slower 1.6 Dci has more turbo lag , however is considerably faster once you reach 2000 revs
the resale value is psychologic and can change if the kadjar has a lot of sales and good reliability. kadjar has 5 years of warrenty , qashqai 3 years.
Kadjar for me, the Qashqai is everywhere and if you read reviews about it from actual road users a lot of people are complaining about how bad the electrical's are.
Rented a high-spec Kadger for two weeks on a recent trip to England. 56mpg, comfortable and able, definitely notchy gearbox (I kept grating the gears) and didn't like the strange TFT design.
Really like the interior on the Kadjar compared to the mundane interior on the Qashqai..... However, thats a lot of electronics going on in the Renault cabin. Renault + Electrics = Mucho problemo's
+Volumex It makes perfect sense... The Renault has more electronics in its dash. That's additional electronics that the Qashqai doesn't have. Regardless of whether they use the same components. Renault isn't exactly renowned for their electrics now are they!
+Ricky I noticed in the ring didnt really fit, there for she dumped the guy for failing thus putting her back on the single bandwagon..............for me to snatch up =)
@@ChrisKeyman Oh, what an old comment! I really forgot about it, and I can tell you I was a bit too harsh then. After almost 8 years the quality isn't bad at all, as a matter of fact. I can recommend the second-gen Qashqai
Okay compared to the Kadjar, Qashqai's viability is so bad- due to windscreen pillars, she has to pull out of junctions with overtly exaggerated head movements like a learner driver, (2:55) smh!🙄
I don t know where that 33% comes from but Renault owns 45% of Nissan while Nissan owns 15% of Renault. Clearly Renault owns Nissan. But I agree with you when you say that renault helped nissan, anyone who know car would know what nissan went through late 1990s early 2000s
i have seen many comparison reviews on both these cars. Some say Nissan others Renault its a pretty even split. I drive a kadjar 1.5dci 120 miles a day to work and its a real eco workhorse. I would avoid the 19" wheels like the plauge though. They are £££ and make the ride rough.
It may be but Nissan has excellent reliability. Honda has got its design revival going with the HRV and Civic ranges again and even Toyotas are now interesting.
+ShroomWalrus Renault has climbed up in the last years on the reliability lists. In fact, is the same car and equips the same engines than Nissan. Why doesn't have the same reliability?. Take off prejudices about Renault....
+appelpower1 well saloons are probably one of the most unpractical cars in its class because of tight room for rear seat passengers. Hatchbacks are just getting way too small these days. SUVs are more suitable with commanding view of road, plenty of room in the back and in the boot. MPVs are practical for larger families, have large sized windows to let light in and to not make the passengers feel claustrophobic.
James Gordon The family estate, then. MPV's (and SUV's too, for that matter) sacrifice a lot for extra practicality. I've spent my life in the back of four-door saloons and five-door estates (as far as I can recall: VW Vento, MkII Laguna estate, MkIII Mondeo 2.5T saloon, Volvo V70) and I've never missed anything.
Why would you recommend the diesel option? It's such a dirty toxic fuel with insane amounts of NOx. Disappointing that there's so such ignorance from this supposed 'motoring journo'.
cj mcmahon What has nationality got to do with anything?! But no, I'm not American. And yes, diesel is pure polluting filfth and 95% of journos/buyers are too stupid to even do some basic research into how dirty they are.
+Gavin S Given the demographics of typical Telegraph readers, I'm surprised how dumb the journalist in relation to the pollution issues. The Guardian seems to be the only newspaper trying to make people aware of NOx / premature death issues associated with diesel. Everyone else seems to have stuck their heads in the ground.
There's a few reasons people choose diesel one thing is that its cheaper to tax and going the extra mile with diesel because the fuel burns a lot slower. Not only that but when driving on the dual carriageway or motorway all you hear is the engine when driving the petrol which is really loud as for diesels its a lot quieter because of low revs and people prefer less noise.
That Nissan is crap I bought one it rattles breaks down Mpg is a joke and the build quality is rubbish breaks lock on while driving. Just awful. Don't believe me ? Buy one
I'm sure the A pillars are in exactly the same location. I don't understand why it would be a problem in the Nissan but not in the Renault!
"has just analogue dials" Analogue dials are great.
RolandAshcroft agreed. in fact digital is annoying, analog has more style. but opinions are like ....
Surely the windscreen pillars are identical so don't see why visibility is worse on the Nissan?

@LP - Any electronic or other issues in the past 4 years of ownership.
Kadjar all days! :D
I am surprised about the new Kedjar. It is a great SUV. I need to buy one in my country: Perú.
Same car. pick the one you like the look of the most.
What's the point comparing these cars? they are the same thing with different bodies....kmt!!
As a rather tall person (6'2") driver leg space is important & in my opinion the Qashqai wins hands down!
the resale value is psychologic and can change if the kadjar has a lot of sales and good reliability. kadjar has 5 years of warrenty , qashqai 3 years.
Rebecca was looking particularly awesome in this video.
came here for becca
same here bruh
Lovely young filly
I have the 1.2 petrol kadjar and I can honestly say it isn’t under powered at all, it is also a 130hp best car I have driven in a while in my opinion
Nissan is now part of the road furniture , one in every corner
Kadjar feels different & rare
There is probably a reason for that..
Great review, Nissan all the way
Which one would be better to choose, Kadjar,Hyundai Tuscon,Ford Edge,Qasqai, and Mazda hope you do a review comparison on this models
Oh, so this is where Rebecca went. Gotta tell the carbuyer fans some news!

Not true!
Nice comparison. I would choose the Nissan.
I have a qashqai, going to test drive both of these in August we will see xx
and, which one did you like more? Im looking to buy Qashqai, Kadjar or Vitara.
The Qashqai xx

i had issues with the electeonic folding mirrors but fixed under warranty. Also info tainment is a little laggy. other yhen that its been ok after 75k
Great review. I'd wait for the new Tiguan though
With a true automatic transmission in Nissan it would have been a winner. Now it has a rubbish belt-driven CVT. Renault wins the better technology.
Does the Renault have a different auto gearbox?
Something more important than the cars... THE RING IS GONE!!!
+Ricky She I wearing gloves. She probably had to take it off not to rip her tight gloves.
+Ricky I noticed in the ring didnt really fit, there for she dumped the guy for failing thus putting her back on the single bandwagon..............for me to snatch up =)
+Marc Wikina she never had a guy to begin with. She just wore the ring because she can!!
I own the Qashqai and while I'm generally very happy with it, I'm really disappointed by the quality.
Hi, can you tell me why ?
I am looking for a suv in this price range now
@@ChrisKeyman Oh, what an old comment! I really forgot about it, and I can tell you I was a bit too harsh then. After almost 8 years the quality isn't bad at all, as a matter of fact. I can recommend the second-gen Qashqai

how many pairs of gloves has Rebecca got?

The Kadjar looks not that much a like a Qashqai. Reminds me more of the Mazda CX-5.
I say u should get a Nissan Coz they are beast
thanks to Renault that owns it

Rebecca what is wrong with analogue?
Panic over guys!!! The ring has gone....The dream is still alive!!! 😂
another video with poor sound quality due to sibilance (hissing). sort it out sound man eh?
it's down to you prefer
Can u review the new X1 plz!!!
How much did it costs
In my opinion I think the Qashqai looks better, I also prefer the Nissan interior
Agree
She's simply the best
Maybe its time for you to go to carwow
Reno for styling, qashqai for reliability
With same parts? Good thinking....
Its the same engine though.
+Nick Cobden it s the same chassis, engine and most of the pieces are the same.
+Nick Cobden french and japaneses engineers work together. they have training period together in japan and france.
my kadjar has soooo many nissan branded components in engine bay.
Nissan or Kadger?.
like renault best but will stick with my sportage
David Raynor is an excellent writer and a great
Coisa fofaaa!!!
The Kadjar and Qashqai have the same engines.

Personally the nissan looks boring on the outside and messy on the inside so i'd go for the kadjar
such a cutie😍😍
Well i like both car but i prefer her ;)
id take the kumquat
Qashqai forever.
Aurelio Mega no
The Renault looks so much better! Nissan is quite boring in my opinion...
It may be but Nissan has excellent reliability. Honda has got its design revival going with the HRV and Civic ranges again and even Toyotas are now interesting.
+Shanjan Usman While nissan has excellent reliability keep in mind that the renault in this case automatically has that same reliability
+César Amalou you have wrong opinion... Nissan is king in this class.. ;)
Mario Losberg best seller doesn't mean best looking or least boring :P
+ShroomWalrus Renault has climbed up in the last years on the reliability lists. In fact, is the same car and equips the same engines than Nissan. Why doesn't have the same reliability?. Take off prejudices about Renault....
Rebecca I love you! 😍
Day accent tho...
The kadjar was impressive but the engines are underpowered
Qashqai is everywhere because its robust : )
Problem solved buy a Focus C Max!
No
Have owned one for 12 years best handling most reliable car ever
Why do family cars always have to be SUV's or MPV's these days? What happened to the family hatchback or saloon?

I rather have the Nissan because the Renault will go wrong at some stage
They're basically the same car underneath, so you have no backing for your argument
Damn ur stupid.

'Get fuck moron': Articulate, intelligent comment there from Bill D.
Yeah it was wasn't it lol
Give me the Red
came here for qashqai but stayed for the chick.
really, fuck cars, I'm here for you, Rebecca xD

Nissan looks better..
No it doesn't.
Agreed, have one myself

La qashqai dietro è piccola un suv che non è suv.
Nissan is a Renault, ask me how I know
your cool
You're*
Sorry
As a 70+ year old, I think it's very clever when a women can learn to drive. lol
Rebecca marry me !
I am sorry. It was Kadjar.
the qashqai is more expensiver but also better
"We recommend the diesel option?" Why? Diesel fuel and emissions are filthy. Seriously lazy journalism.
She is fit 🥵
. Did y
The kadjar is the cheap version of the qashqai every one seeing Renault nah bro Nissan all day long
I am seeing double rebbeca in this video. 😄

That's because the European car market is dependent on diesel . Any change to that would completely fuck the industry up. It's one big stitch up.

Renault vs renault = shit vs shit
nissan miles better
You do not pronounce Kadjar correctly and there is more leg room in the Kadjar. Learn your facts before you speak.
renualt cars are wank

Funny how u must be the only person who has anything bad to say on the Nissan and in more than one video may I add
You are crazy...!!! Nissan is the top!!!
