Alex went from 350lbs to 405lbs in 2 years, extremely impressive, 405lbs is the new 315lbs for naturals we all need to step our game up
He deff could have pressed more here. If he used his traditional setup and was bear mode. Prob a 10-12lbs difference tho. So technically he went from 360 to 405 in 2 years.
It really does make you think. Alex and Jeff have leverage advantage but Alex isn’t tapped out yet he’s gonna go further. If he gets to 450 at 185 pounds or lower in 5 years or so years it makes 405 for someone with worse leverages more realistic. I think people like Will Tennyson and Jesse James West could reach it in 3-4 years if they change how they train. Realistically though I’ll be surprised if even try pause benching and get to 350-360 paused
this is after a cut. he was way stronger at 180lbs

Keep training. You will get there. I was stuck at 90 kgs for ages. Now I am at 145 kgs. My wings getting stronger slowly. Do allot of rotator cuff excersizes and overhead presses to increase your pressing strength. You will grow.
Ducksauce Damn that’s nuts man. But yeah I don’t plan on stopping, I run a PPL split and do rotator cuff work with bands on my push days. I also do variations of OHP with barbells and dumbbells so my biggest problem right now is staying patient

Somewhat unrelated to this video, but bro I’ve been on your hypertrophy plan for 2 months and I’m making real gains. I want to say it’s a combo of sticking with a set schedule instead of just guessing, but it’s got to also be doing legs 2x week. It’s been great so far and can’t wait for the next 2 months.
