As I get older, I have sought to make death a companion. I have had a couple of very profound experiences the last few weeks with nature and death, and I am grateful for the peace and wisdom they gave me. CV has really just shown how out of touch most of humanity is with the natural cycles of life (and death) and the psychoses that result. These honest conversations about this are more important than ever now.

I love this, life and death as friends. I had already placed you in my “my eulogy” playlist for my son on the someday I go, right before you shared that it was your Mother who passed over and so proud of you now!!! I’m sure you feel it …

"Life and death walking hand in hand, They're the best of friends, they understand" lines i wrote during a Qigong retreat where I felt Life and Death inspired me to live more fully as i let go of the fear of death more. great talk here thanks, resonates greatly with the Ancestors too...

The vitality of death is a topic Krishnamurti talked a lot about. I love the way he enquired with questions, not knowing "what" but how. Also, overcoming opposites is not a new theme. It is present in Zen, the Middle Way, Advaita Vedanta and in the philosophy of deconstruction (Jaques Derrida). So yes, it is very true, what Eisenstein is saying, but I wonder why he presents it as his own ideas and why he doesn't make the connection to the illusory I-thought, which forms a mayor part of the fear of death. But it is very sympathetic that he talks about overcoming seperation and that it is not so much inner work but being worked. Also, what Charles says about todays society is very true. Anyhow, I have the feeling (not knowing if it is true or not) that Charles did not go the whole way. How does he know about ancestors, gratitude, awareness, longing, addiction, etc.? To me Charles knows to much or better said, enjoys knowing to much.

a sister 4 months ago passed on.....& Even though it occurred across the ocean, I felt it...part of her left my presence! i.e because she had been born in my afterbirth 7 years after my own birth, she was part of me! Hard to comprehend surely

Hello everyone. There is a very straightforward way to being about this transition. All we have to do is keep it simple and work on the objective: foster altruism. We do this by advocating altruism, organise it with free collaboration networks and teaching others to foster altruism. It is as simple and effective in improving society just as exercise is in improving our health.

Charles, you asked about Covid compliance, subliminal messaging through tv. In the sixties it was known that showing a message flashed on screen could not be seen that fast , but would be seen be brain. Messaging in audio is now also VERY advanced. Make that article.

Ah , yes, grasshopper... from this'n we may indeed harken to the words of Gibran: You would know the secret of death...but how shall you find it unless you seek it in the fullness of life? They are inseperable... together they come... and when one sits alone with you at your board, remember that the other is asleep upon your bed. Know acception. Peace..

Ivan Illich is one of the greatest individuals of the 20th century and he is way too unrecognized.

I totally disagree with his narrow look at a pandemic, and judge from just another chair, not seeing it. I am so sorry.
