its nice to bring INDIANS EXPATS who made it big ..they will bring new insights on your channel...it will generate a new interest in your channel from INDIANS
Amazing podcast, clear and pure knowledge with simple things explained through life journey. I really liked the way he talks and khan sb ap nay kamal kar diya. MashaAllah great work.
Such an informative podcast! I can relate to almost all of things Lalit has said and gone through and coincidentally I got into the same mindset and almost similar financial investing pattern a few years ago. It takes time, but knowledge and communication is key as he mentioned. Great going and best of luck!
Greetings from Mumbai, Excellent conversation. Lalit came out as a simple, honest , forthright and an intelligent financial investor. Many of his life stories will resonate with amateur investors or people who are sitting on fence, thinking about investments. Let us hope people have learnt some basics about investments. Lalit was refreshing on your podcast, as he did not give Intellectual theories , but working tips with reasoning behind it. Usually, Financial advisors/ Bankers get too much in 'ether" zone rather on ground. :-) Keep up good work. get more such people from India, who have lot of experience and knowledge .
I'm new to trading, and l've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.
Maria Andersen has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in Ontario Canada I as she has been really helpful and changed lots of life's

A person with 30k can save even without being serious about it, because within 10k, they can support their life staying along with their familes [3000 rent, 1500 food, 1500 car, 4000 - additional expenses ] I came in Dubai in 2006, and my saving as of today is just my next salary. I was paid low and lived a bachelor life all my life. Forget about saving money, even lived all alone with out family. This is the story of most people, 2500 dhs/ month is the normal salary for most in which they have to struggle to save around 1500 with a cost of leaving their families at home. Then the vacation comes, and the hard saved money will be spent during vacation and became zero again. If someone can make a 10k/month, he will be able to bring his families, and support their life and education of kids, also, with zero saving at the end. So, anything above 10 k in UAE will allow you to save for your future. In India, the taxes are huge, literally a legalized loot by the govt they choose, but they live with their families, so dont come to uae with an expectation of less than 10k salary.
From Indian point of view UAE is good for either very high professionals or Unskilled labor , middle management can be challenging specially in India there are lot of opportunities not just It but Auto Mfg / Supply chain etc
Btw for those who don't know Bangalore is the IT city in the south of India, without a city like bangalore and the welcoming nature of bangaloreans IT could never have boomed the way it has. Many ppl like this person have done it so far only because they were able to get the experience from Bangalore. Even today we bangaloreans have been very supporting for ppl to come to our city and live a good life as they cannot grow at all in their states as they have no opprtunities. Jai Hind, Jai karnataka, Jai Bangalore.
Nice upload, Wali sb! There is a myth in Pak regarding investing in money market mutual funds even if they are Sharia compliant (e.g Meezan etc). Its regarded as fixed income/interest. So please make a video on that as well
This is one of the finest podcasts I have watched recently. Simple messages, clear communication, and logical reasoning! Great work, Wali. Btw, I have been regularly watching your videos and have invested in Sarwa Invest and Trade recently through your referral (though never got the bonus :)). Will continue to follow for insights and understanding.
I'm just glad that I learnt to trade in the forex market during the COVID time... planning to move to Dubai soon..because I cannot withdraw my profits here in India the way I would want to. Plus have to pay tax... Specially with the new budget..sab middle class ke 'L' lagne Wale hai...!!
One question for Ex pats in UAE, lets assume that while they are in UAE the housing is paid for by employer , but knowing that eventually you have to go back to your native country , so keeping that in mind question is do they invest in real Estate in the native country? if they do then with Home loan? some loan will have to be taken as even if they get 3x salary it wont be good initially to have NO Home loan situation?
Exactly, that was an incorrect assumption but I think he moved to UAE in 2018, the next couple of years INR depreciated poorly. I think he uses that to arrive at 6%.
One suggestion, make 5-10mins clips of all your podcast videos, lot of good information in podcasts, if we share the clips to others, most people will see it instead of longer podcasts, Raj shamani has longer podcasts and smaller clips of all his podcasts, entire length of the podcast divided into clips except the intro and end of the podcast

I'm new to trading, and l've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.
As a beginner, the best you can do to yourself is to get a professional that will handle your account and minimize lost to it's nearest rate.
I'd recommend Maria Andersen. Her profit is great even when there's a dip

Overall good session but there were some unnecessary diversions in the discussion. Let the guest complete one topic before dragging to another.
Great
Plane and simple!

His salary is 30k Aed from that 70 percent saving is easy
That's a metaphor. If you can do 2% do that. I started with 10% and bringing it up slowly as and when I can
Brother one small point - NRIs are not allowed to hold/invest in Sovereign Gold Bonds.

Rupee depreciation is about 3.5% on an average historically against USD, I am not sure how it was mentioned 6%
