In this discourse from 17 July 2017 ,His Holiness Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda Swamiji talks about the Shakthi power which can be generated in three different ways, like certain ideas ,words which gives you hope another one through visualisation and the final one through kundalini awakening. The Kundalini based excitement and functioning is Ishwaratva. If morning spiritual routine makes you fresh alive, health then your system has settled with Kundalini energy. If your head is hanging down in morning satsang or somebody misses morning routing how much ever time you missed,swamiji advices to go to goshala or go to temple and do alankar for deites for the fuel change should to get settled in your system…

Swamiji is talking about the seven types of fuels and also by the way about ishwaratva and what goshala has to do with ahimsa - non-violance. "More and more, more and more getting comfortabel with the kundalini based excitement and functioning is ishwaratva."Swamiji gives examples of that.
