Thank you, for creating such a peaceful rendition of this meditation. One of the most pleasant three minutes of practice I’ve ever had with this meditation. The background music reminds me of my favorite childhood album. ‘Imaginary Roads.’

So first off I’d like to point out that your geometry of the body alignment is off, second that is just using the mind and giving yourself a break so it isn’t much better than any other method of relaxation.
It’s sad so many in the west have been led astray by fake guru’s, the truth has been lost in the words no one is willing to learn for themselves and just follow an authority they believe in.
This is not what the word meditation really represents unless you think of measurement, which requires a point, meaning this is not the normal state of a human being but actually alchemy.
I had to learn this the hard way and I’ve had similar experiences, I could probably open up shop as a guru if I want to but that is pointless.

I’ve been doing this morning and night for the past three days and must say it’s so calming thank you. I have a question, when you say to bite down on your molars now I don’t have any teeth so finding this part difficult as my top and bottom gums don’t connect, is there another method I can use at this time when needing to bite down. Thank you so much 🙏

Amazing how we have to recreate the wheel. We have lost so much through through our desire to build our cities, and accumulate material wealth for a few. I've done some research based on what Joseph Campbell and Dr. Wayne Dyer did. In the old days there were enlightened dinosaurs, until a negative switch brought their destruction, also around 500 BC Greece, China, and India all had their enlightened civilizations. Check out my materials here, and on Udemy.
