I've been told not to "twist/turn" the bars in mine & gently clean them by soaking them for 5-10 minutes in saline solution... That was a week & a half ago. They were slightly sore for half an hour after the piercing, tender for a few days, a little less tender up to a week after the piercing & now, 10 days in I'm quite comfortable, they're obviously still healing but they look much better, they're not swollen now, I'm able to move them a little to clean underneath the balls on the barbell without pain... They've been quite fast healing for me, I find keeping a bra on really really helps them avoid rubbing against clothing etc. Most of my piercings took forever to heal but these piercings have been fab.
Whitney Little I didn't really keep track but it was super fast! I got one pierced when I was 17 and the other last year (don't judge me). The one I did last year healed so quick because I used the tea tree oil on that one. I didn't use tea tree oil on the one I did 11 years ago. I kid you not once I used the TTO on the older piercing I haven't had any issues whatsoever.
I just got both of mine done 2 days ago. If any of you are considering getting it done: DO IT!🤩 Don’t let the fear of the pain stop you! It feels like a quick pinch/burning sensation for like 5 seconds and then it goes away! Fair warning though: the second one did hurt more than the first one for me! I would say the first one was about a 5/10 but the second was probably about a 7 This is the second day after getting it and I don’t really feel them unless I accidentally bump them with my hand or something. I honestly already love them and feel so much better about myself!
are yours fully healed yet? i’ve had mine about 4 1/2 months and i soak them every day and they every day when i wake up they get more like “crusty” on them. is that bad? sorry you’re just like the most recent comment that might be able to help me. lol thanks

I just got back from getting my nipples pierced today and maaaan did it hurt on my right nipple. a little bit of bleeding occurred but the left wasn’t that bad. I think it was totally worth it! I love the way it looks and it was over in no time! I’ve never been pierced anywhere, not even my ears so if I can do this I believe you guys can! 😂😃❤️
Laci G everyone’s different. Both of mines didn’t the bar going in hurt a little bit and the was at a level 1 on the pain level chart. But I take pain well I got a few piercings
My right nipple hurt more than my left, but my left bled more. She said my right nipple felt tougher before she even pierced it so I'm not surprised they felt different. My conclusion: Tough nipples bleed less. 😅
Iv had my done twice now and they didn't heal so im going for a third time im going to use abit of numbing cream only cause of the scaring don't know if it will work 🙃
I got both of my nipples pierced about 3-4 months ago. I clean them 3 times a day with the sea salt spray. And sometimes I wash them with my dove in the shower. I think mine are healing just fine
Great video. I just had both pierced and I'm loving them. As far as the aftercare, I had a little bit of anxiety in the beginning, like"how am I going to do this twice a day". By the fourth day, it was pretty routine, and I'm more relaxed about it. It's just like washing your face, or brushing your teeth. "Wash your face....soak your nipples" and go about your day 😂😂😂😂😂
I got mine 2 weeks ago. It's really painful for me 10000/10 during the piercing process. I screamed at the top of my lungs on both nips. But the pain just went away after 1-2 days. And definitely the most easiest piercing to heal and the most comfortable piercing I ever had. I love it! It's worth it.

Just got mine done down in Miami 2 weeks ago and I love them and thanks for the salt water tip and letting me know discharging is normal and I’m glad I got the right size barbells and didn’t know you wasn’t supposed to twist them I stopped doing that when cleaning once I seen this video!!!! I think it depends on the person and what works for them. I pretty much have/had everything pierced and I always use sea salt and antibacterial soap. I’ve never had a problem. I clean with a qtip 2-3 times a day then then soak once a day. And don’t touch with dirty hands. They heal perfectly.

Just got mine pierced three days ago. The left was a breeze, little to no pain and no blood. Now my right one… it hurt way more, and bleed some. They are both a bit swollen, but it’s definitely starting to go down now. I love them so much and can’t wait for them get be fully healed!

Got my piercings done 2 days ago and am I the only one who’s first nipple hurt more than the second?? But I have no regrets and I LOVE how they look! 🥺 Pain was a 7.5/10 I think it all depends on your pain tolerance.
Baddiee Doll I just try hard not to let the water go straight on them (when I first got them) because sometimes it can be harsh but use unscented soap preferably one that isn’t going to dry your skin out. Mine have healed but the sea salt soaks are definitely key as well as making sure you aren’t using cheap jewelry. Hope this helps 🖤

Baddiee Doll idk if it was a keloid that I got but I did get a bump as the end I just continued with my soaks 15 mins each nipple and it went away also if you have an allergy to metal I suggest titanium jewelry I have found that when I am pierced with anything low grade I’m my piercing rejects and won’t heal.
if anyones watching this and is nervous, go for it! i got mine pierced and all it was was a sharp feeling for a second and then nothing. afterwards it does burn so have ice available after. i iced mine for 2 hours after i got mine pierced and it felt so much better

I just got my nipples pierced today! After over a 14 year hiatus, I finally got more piercings! The last one I got was on June 7, 2008, and I remember it because it was 06/07/08 lol but that was an Apadravya, so it was intense to say the least! I finally took the plunge and got my nipples pierced just a few hours ago! The adrenaline rush was EPIC! That's my favorite part about piercings, getting them done. For me, the jewelry is just like a memento from getting the piercing.
I got mine done almost 2 weeks ago. I love them so much. Easy to clean but you really really need to take care of them. The pain total was a 7/10, weird feeling because unlike other piercings you can feel the needle go through all of it. If didn’t hurt as bad as I thought but it was a weird feeling lol. Things I’ve noticed so far is that my nipples have been hard for these couple weeks and they’re dry so it’s a little irritated every now and then. But overall not bad
Just got mines I love them so much, however be careful when you’re washing your hair or if you have a sponge or a loofah in the shower, the nipple piercings can attach and hurt if you tug them. I started putting Band-Aids on them while I shower and then take them off when I get out.
Honestly... not painful at all! Did it yesterday after years of just not wanting it (used to do a lot of piercing in my student days - go to a shop if you're not experienced). Compared to doing my tragus and having my rook done... really not bad at all. Get the clamp on good and it overrides the piercing pain easily. Didn't bleed at all and minor swelling 24hrs after. Don't hesitate... if you want it, go get it👍

Got mine pierced four days ago, it literally only feels like someone played with them aggressively the day before 💀. I have 13 other piercings and personally I would rate the pain 3.5/10. People say the second ones hurt more but I think that’s more because you’re expecting it and will focus on it more. If you look away and relax your body it feels roughly the same. I’ve been staying away from any heavy lifting because I was vacuuming and that alone did lead to bleeding for a bit (this was the day after). Anyways, if you’ve been thinking about them get them!!! Make sure you’re doing it for yourself and not someone else

I love my nipple piercing 10/10 would recommend (mine didn’t hurt when I got them) but it’s been a year and 6 months since I’ve had them and they’re just now acting up idk how I forgot about Salt water I’ve been cleaning them wrong 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️using alcoholy sprays and peroxide glad I found this video to help me back on track, trust me it’s not fun when your piercings get infected
I did them! And the septum at the same time! The nipples were a piece of cake don’t overthink and the pain definitely will be less, however for the septum 🤦🏻♀️, I can’t help you there I was in pain with the septum piercing. All in one day it happened in like 20 min I was done with all 3 piercings. I love it so worth it. Be nervous but don’t be afraid you’re thinking can numb a part of the pain! ‼️ GOOD LUCK❤️

Ready to get my belly repierced 💪🏽 Edit: To the explain the pain better, it is based on your pain tolerance and how sensitive your nipples are, but for me it was a 10/10. You can feel the needle going through the whole time. Heads up… the second nipple piercing hurts WAAAAAAAAY more than the first one…. WAAAY more because your pain receptors are kicked into high gear after the first one is done. So I can see why some people go in with the thought of getting both done and just leave with one.

Just got mine done, the actually piercing was a 2 out of 10 but the burning sensation of putting the jewelry in and wearing a seatbelt directly after 8/10. Definitely worth it. No regerts. If You're considering it, DO IT. It's worth it! I was sore 2 days, after that I was back to sleeping on my stomach. For my ladies, wear/sleep in a bra until they're no longer tender to the touch.

im in australia and got my nipples pierced at this place called "cosmetics plus" its where ive got all my piercings from and trust them so much they have this spray that cleans it and i used that for 2 weeks, and its been another week after now, and i don't have any discharge or crusties and they didn't hurt at all the first 3 hours im so happy with my experience so far once they're healed im going to get them pierced again so they look like a X 😊
Siobhan Alvarez its just called "easy piercing" spray theres an orange one to start off with for 2 weeks a blue one for after the 2 week, for 4 weeks and theres also a mouthwash for oral piercings

I got 14g 1/2” bar, they are a bit swollen but I’m hoping they just relax and heal so I don’t have to switch out the bar. Hardly any bleeding and the pain is enjoyable to me so I’m not worried about that. I was super nervous for 2whole years and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it’d be. I’m soo happy! For many, the pain doesn’t last long and not too bad. While for someone who has chronic pain issues involving neuropathy - it hurt like hell for both sides. Left was a few secs of sharp pain, right lasted a few min. Coming down bit by bit:

Update: they’re healing REALLY well, cleaning them with saline water. The first two days I was a little sore but I popped and Advil and felt nothing. I have smaller boobs, so idk how this effects people with big mommy milkers but I’m able to wear a normal bra without pain, ect. the first week I was nervous about hitting them on things, they got snagged on my hair like twice but it wasn’t bad at all. Now I can’t feel them, they’re clean and healthy 🥴

Hey! I got mine both done on the 24th, found the piercing quite painful but afterwards they were OK after about an hour of mild stinging. They're easily the fastest healing piercing I've had out of 10 piercings, though my piercer was fantastic & I know everyone heals differently. Mine are still healing but there's no longer any tenderness, they're a tiny bit more sensitive at the most. ☺️ Xx

my piercings are doing good right now. they got icky when i got sick, but the saline solution & tea tree oil have been doing the trick. i mainly leave them alone though. i've barely had any crustys (until i got sick). it's been about two-three months now.
I just had mine done and had no aftercare explanation. PSA: I had my nose double pierced after and tbh everyone...... I laughed getting mine done and the nose was just a bit more of a pinch than my nipples. Now, of course they are sore. But! I LOVE THEM! he does such a great job at exposing every detail. So, I need to make my trip to the store now. Hey, at least as a lash artist I can grab two distilled water jugs for the cleansing and nanomister! Love love love this video. They close up outrageously fast, like within a day. Took mine out when I had to go to the hospital, because I was stupidly embarassed, and the holes were gone by the end of that day.
Okay, it depends on your skin tone. On African American women we tend to have darker areolas and heal nicely. Not to say another race wouldn't i can only Comment on what I know. so if you take care of the piercing and remove it later it should be alright
Ajiane Lee Ever since taking my nostril piercing out I consider this before every piercing. I hate that there is still a hole/mark on my nose years later.
I had an issue with swelling and rings that were not long enough to give me space on both sides. I had to actually use the rings for industrial piercings(the long straight rings for the ears) they worked perfectly for me. After that with my sea salt soaks they healed perfectly.
My nipple piercings kind of go through my areolas instead of perfectly behind my nipple, so it makes a little indent. They aren't sore I got them in November 2015. They were only sore two hours. But sometimes I still get crusties. I have never changed the jewelry.

I had mine Done the first time and they went through to my Areola on the one side and I hated it so I took them out. I waited like six months to heal up and then just got them done again and it looks so much better when it’s just on the nipple!!

I just got mine done, I've decided to salt water soak twice a day as oppose to the solution they gave me at the piercing place. I've never had a failed piercing from the place I go to before. Other places, things have been rejected, infected etc. Initially I have a straight barbell with a little give on either side. I'm glad I found this video as I'm about to do my first clean and I was going to twist it all about etc. What can I do for the crusty dried blood? Just grab a cotton bud after the salt soak, dip it in the solution and remove visible debris? Many thanks in advance if you get around to my comment.

Nicole Fox yes don't twist and turn them. I use to fold a piece of paper towel and place it on my nipple so the piercing doesn't touch my bra.

Just got mine pierced three days ago. The left was a breeze, little to no pain and no blood. Now my right one… it hurt way more, and bleed some. They are both a bit swollen, but it’s definitely starting to go down now. I love them so much and can’t wait for them get be fully healed!

Baddiee Doll I just try hard not to let the water go straight on them (when I first got them) because sometimes it can be harsh but use unscented soap preferably one that isn’t going to dry your skin out. Mine have healed but the sea salt soaks are definitely key as well as making sure you aren’t using cheap jewelry. Hope this helps 🖤

Baddiee Doll idk if it was a keloid that I got but I did get a bump as the end I just continued with my soaks 15 mins each nipple and it went away also if you have an allergy to metal I suggest titanium jewelry I have found that when I am pierced with anything low grade I’m my piercing rejects and won’t heal.
if anyones watching this and is nervous, go for it! i got mine pierced and all it was was a sharp feeling for a second and then nothing. afterwards it does burn so have ice available after. i iced mine for 2 hours after i got mine pierced and it felt so much better
Great video! Just got mine done yesterday after wanting them for 15 years and they look AMAZING but the pain for me was 1000/10 and I’ve got a high pain tolerance so it was a shock for me. The burning sensation across my whole chest for 3 hours afterwards was a nightmare too but it’s so worth it!
I just got my nipples pierced today! After over a 14 year hiatus, I finally got more piercings! The last one I got was on June 7, 2008, and I remember it because it was 06/07/08 lol but that was an Apadravya, so it was intense to say the least!
I finally took the plunge and got my nipples pierced just a few hours ago! The adrenaline rush was EPIC! That's my favorite part about piercings, getting them done. For me, the jewelry is just like a memento from getting the piercing.
I got mine done almost 2 weeks ago. I love them so much. Easy to clean but you really really need to take care of them. The pain total was a 7/10, weird feeling because unlike other piercings you can feel the needle go through all of it. If didn’t hurt as bad as I thought but it was a weird feeling lol. Things I’ve noticed so far is that my nipples have been hard for these couple weeks and they’re dry so it’s a little irritated every now and then. But overall not bad
Just got mines I love them so much, however be careful when you’re washing your hair or if you have a sponge or a loofah in the shower, the nipple piercings can attach and hurt if you tug them. I started putting Band-Aids on them while I shower and then take them off when I get out.
Honestly... not painful at all! Did it yesterday after years of just not wanting it (used to do a lot of piercing in my student days - go to a shop if you're not experienced). Compared to doing my tragus and having my rook done... really not bad at all. Get the clamp on good and it overrides the piercing pain easily. Didn't bleed at all and minor swelling 24hrs after.

Got mine pierced four days ago, it literally only feels like someone played with them aggressively the day before 💀. I have 13 other piercings and personally I would rate the pain 3.5/10. People say the second ones hurt more but I think that’s more because you’re expecting it and will focus on it more. If you look away and relax your body it feels roughly the same. I’ve been staying away from any heavy lifting because I was vacuuming and that alone did lead to bleeding for a bit (this was the day after). Anyways, if you’ve been thinking about them get them!!! Make sure you’re doing it for yourself and not someone else

I love my nipple piercing 10/10 would recommend (mine didn’t hurt when I got them) but it’s been a year and 6 months since I’ve had them and they’re just now acting up idk how I forgot about Salt water I’ve been cleaning them wrong 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️using alcoholy sprays and peroxide glad I found this video to help me back on track, trust me it’s not fun when your piercings get infected
I did them! And the septum at the same time! The nipples were a piece of cake don’t overthink and the pain definitely will be less, however for the septum 🤦🏻♀️, I can’t help you there I was in pain with the septum piercing. All in one day it happened in like 20 min I was done with all 3 piercings. I love it so worth it. Be nervous but don’t be afraid you’re thinking can numb a part of the pain! ‼️ GOOD LUCK❤️

Edit: To the explain the pain better, it is based on your pain tolerance and how sensitive your nipples are, but for me it was a 10/10. You can feel the needle going through the whole time. Heads up… the second nipple piercing hurts WAAAAAAAAY more than the first one…. WAAAY more because your pain receptors are kicked into high gear after the first one is done. So I can see why some people go in with the thought of getting both done and just leave with one.

One week post healing! Good advice and happy to have the salt solution vs buying it in the stores!! Also, found a small spray bottle at my local Coop with a spritzer on it so woot!
Just got mine done, the actually piercing was a 2 out of 10 but the burning sensation of putting the jewelry in and wearing a seatbelt directly after 8/10. Definitely worth it. No regerts. If You're considering it, DO IT. It's worth it! I was sore 2 days, after that I was back to sleeping on my stomach. For my ladies, wear/sleep in a bra until they're no longer tender to the touch.

im in australia and got my nipples pierced at this place called "cosmetics plus" its where ive got all my piercings from and trust them so much
they have this spray that cleans it and i used that for 2 weeks, and its been another week after now, and i don't have any discharge or crusties and they didn't hurt at all the first 3 hours
im so happy with my experience so far
once they're healed im going to get them pierced again so they look like a X 😊

I got 14g 1/2” bar, they are a bit swollen but I’m hoping they just relax and heal so I don’t have to switch out the bar. Hardly any bleeding and the pain is enjoyable to me so I’m not worried about that. I was super nervous for 2whole years and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it’d be. I’m soo happy! Totally recommend for those who wanna free their nips 👌

For many, the pain doesn’t last long and not too bad. While for someone who has chronic pain issues involving neuropathy - it hurt like hell for both sides. Left was a few secs of sharp pain, right lasted a few min. Coming down bit by bit:

Update: they’re healing REALLY well, cleaning them with saline water. The first two days I was a little sore but I popped and Advil and felt nothing. I have smaller boobs, so idk how this effects people with big mommy milkers but I’m able to wear a normal bra without pain, ect. the first week I was nervous about hitting them on things, they got snagged on my hair like twice but it wasn’t bad at all. Now I can’t feel them, they’re clean and healthy 🥴

Hey! I got mine both done on the 24th, found the piercing quite painful but afterwards they were OK after about an hour of mild stinging. They're easily the fastest healing piercing I've had out of 10 piercings, though my piercer was fantastic & I know everyone heals differently. Mine are still healing but there's no longer any tenderness, they're a tiny bit more sensitive at the most. ☺️ Xx

my piercings are doing good right now. they got icky when i got sick, but the saline solution & tea tree oil have been doing the trick. i mainly leave them alone though. i've barely had any crustys (until i got sick). it's been about two-three months now.

I just had mine done and had no aftercare explanation. PSA: I had my nose double pierced after and tbh everyone...... I laughed getting mine done and the nose was just a bit more of a pinch than my nipples. Now, of course they are sore. But! I LOVE THEM! he does such a great job at exposing every detail. So, I need to make my trip to the store now. Hey, at least as a lash artist I can grab two distilled water jugs for the cleansing and nanomister! Love love love this video. Totally using my tequila shot glasses for this 🤣
I use a water and salt spray and it was supplied by the piercing place, I use it 4-6 times a day just to be safe
They close up outrageously fast, like within a day. Took mine out when I had to go to the hospital, because I was stupidly embarassed, and the holes were gone by the end of that day.

Okay, it depends on your skin tone. On African American women we tend to have darker areolas and heal nicely. Not to say another race wouldn't i can only Comment on what I know. so if you take care of the piercing and remove it later it should be alright
Ajiane Lee Ever since taking my nostril piercing out I consider this before every piercing. I hate that there is still a hole/mark on my nose years later.
I got mine don't in 2010 & took them out the 2014 & I still have the hole on the side of my nipples 🙄 it close up but my holes are still visible
I had an issue with swelling and rings that were not long enough to give me space on both sides. I had to actually use the rings for industrial piercings(the long straight rings for the ears) they worked perfectly for me. After that with my sea salt soaks they healed perfectly.
I'm actually thinking of getting my nips pierced soon and I find this info very helpful on how to take care of them after being pierced. Thanks mate 💯

My nipple piercings kind of go through my areolas instead of perfectly behind my nipple, so it makes a little indent. They aren't sore I got them in November 2015. They were only sore two hours. But sometimes I still get crusties. I have never changed the jewelry.

I had mine Done the first time and they went through to my Areola on the one side and I hated it so I took them out. I waited like six months to heal up and then just got them done again and it looks so much better when it’s just on the nipple!!

I just got mine done, I've decided to salt water soak twice a day as oppose to the solution they gave me at the piercing place. I've never had a failed piercing from the place I go to before. Other places, things have been rejected, infected etc. Initially I have a straight barbell with a little give on either side. I'm glad I found this video as I'm about to do my first clean and I was going to twist it all about etc. What can I do for the crusty dried blood? Just grab a cotton bud after the salt soak, dip it in the solution and remove visible debris? Many thanks in advance if you get around to my comment.
