I agree about the point leaving hazies in the keg for at least two weeks. I used to bottle or start drinking the beer too early after kegging. I realized this quite recently and nowadays I always let the beer condition for at least two weeks in the keg. The improvement of my beers is vast.

never up on sundays but yeah when i add hops i use a big muslin sock i think its like 4 x 16 inches... i put like 8-10 marbles in the bottom and tie that off tight then i throw hops in usually no more than an oz... than i tie it loosely as i can as high up on the sock as possible... so i get great full contact and I'm always willing to do multiple socks if necessary i mean if I'm cleaning one sock i might as well clean 3...

They have a really well-rounded brewery... you know.. IPAs, double IPAs, Imperial IPAs, hopped Pilsners, Hazy NEIPAs, hopped sours, and some nice hoppy Gose.

Nectaron (HORT4337) from NZ is fruit bomb! Definitely worth a try if you can get your hands on it.
I use exclusively Australian and NZ hops in all my IPAs.

A have 1:1 chloride sulfate ratio. Should I add RO and then add calcium chloride to adjust that water?
