Love how stealth and simple it is! Great job on the scooter.
You are a Genius with Mad Doctor Skills Son. NOW it's time to go into mass production and make DOUGH-LO
I will be your 1st Customer.
I tested almost every electric scooter. Here's my choice. The best electric scooters ever produced are:

Dżefrej z Texasu. There so expensive aren’t they, elec scooters have been around for 20+ years the tech is retrospectively unchanged (common battery’s are now l ion, common motors brushless). If anything has change it’s an increased demand for personal green mobility! If startups can knock them out to leave on pavements they should be cheaper to buy!
Another awesome video. Thanks for making stuff all the time!
😁😁That is a encouragement. Made it look like it's impossible to do. But he actually made it. Brilliant job man.👏👏👏👏
Love it. Thanks for sharing👍🏼
Nice
Simple yet awesome look, and it goes pretty fast. Nice job 👍🏼
Love how now days you can see someone craft nice project only get to see it now a year late but a year later still as interesting to watch 👌🏼
Looks very clean for a homemade project!
professionally made!
Neat work. Congratulations!
it is very important to have a good and reliable electric motor
This is great! I need to adapt this to my manual wheelchair.
wow that will be good! a wheelchair dont need so much power.. you only need a good car battery

Good electric scooter, congratulations 👍👍👍
Best ever bro... Love from South India.. Always love your work...❤️❤️😎👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌
KEWL!!! I stay amazed any time i watch your vids! You're GENIOUS !!! Thank you so much! ❤
I loved this video! Thanks! can u show in another video or explain me here better how to solder the batteries together on both sides of the battery pack, and how to solder the wires of the battery's protector?
It's amazing how everything you build looks so professionally done! I guess you can say it is! So lucky to have such a skill!!

Great effort, well done.
Hello, nice work. I would like to know what is the approximately power when you ride at 25 km/h. And if you also have the speed for the max power you can reach, it will be great. Thanks
Nice work!
Świetny projekt a wykonanie jeszcze lepsze 👏👍

Love it ! Well done Sir .
Pretty sweet ride, all you need now is a windmill to charge it with (hint, hint)
Great content as always, thanks for sharing.
Cheers
I am just amazed by the lack of pot holes in the road.
Excelente trabalho 👍👍👍
Amazing! You should Patent that and go into Production!
Much appreciated brother. Excellent work!
Ingenious welding skill and engineering you should be making electric motorcycles!!
oh this is very expert work, really smart Scooter
Excelente, muy prolija la construccion.
Hi I saw your video - just where did you get the Wheels with the hubs as you did not list them on the post
? Troy
Hello my friend
I enjoyed watching full view. your video very pro. i love it
Thank you for awesome sharing
Have a fantastic day
Wow this is incredible. Looks like a beauty. It’s Amazing what can be done, with a little know how. Excellent job. I wonder if this guy ever rides the scooter? I hope so. 👊

ELEGANT, PRACTICAL AND FAST. CONGRATULATIONS
EXCELLENT NEAT AND CLEAN WORK.
👏👏👏👏 the best video on electric DIY scooter assembly ever..wow great work and pretty clean too...
U r genius bro ! Well done !
Electric bum in home made!
Awesome project!!
That was a very good looking scooter for this project 👌👍🏼
Great video. I am watching so many videos like this one from different channels now a days.

Absolutely genius.
Though I wonder what the speed and range is, cause this might be a wonderful short range commuter for work.
Job well done sir 👍🏻
The speedometer shows it going 31mph on the flat. At least I think it's mph, could be kph.
Also, it's fairly expensive! Click on all the links and add the prices up! 2 batteries for £11 something, times by the amount needed, add the £96 odd for the brushless motor and £40 odd for the battery modulator, or whatever it is, and it stacks up. Might be cheaper just buying a cheap secondhand scooter or even a really cheap car!
£286 plus just for the batteries!!!!! Omg, then there's the machining, and the aluminium sheeting etc etc. You'd be looking at over £400!!!!! You can buy them cheaper than that in the UK. 🤪
@jimmy87251 I just clicked on the links the video poster left in the description. That takes you to banggood. That site must be very expensive then. 🤪
@@zanhari1Are you nuts ? Ofc it's km/h.
-[ MN ]- I like your finishing work you are knife maker your video I will like.nice work 👌👌👌
Nice! If only I lived in a house where I could have all kind of tools...
Nice work. Where did you source that rubber 18650 cell holder, it's really nice!
link to scooter itselve?? :) thanks! still looking for a good conversion scooter.
seems to me like one of the razor scooters....but cant find any with that wide handlebars..... looks identical to that one perhaps...

Absolutely brilliant, great work. Must be satisfying making it and also overcoming the snags along the way to get this result. Boss 🙌
This is awesome man. Danka!
Great, how much cost spend on it?
You did a good job on the project.
That's solid should last as long as the batteries hold out good job
Thank you for providing this video this is wonderful- I need a way to get to work more efficiently
Nice job even through you can buy one cheaper it's the sense of pride of what you built.
Great Job.
in cheaper bikes are worse parts
£60 is cheap and faster
I like videos that walk the talk, than talk the walk. New sub here!
Did you test the range ? Could anyone tell me a realistic range ?
Very nice piece of craftmanship there pal!
Just started watching your video and already i love it!! In case i forget to tell you later!
Great job very creative. Only downside is zero suspension.
Nice project, God bless you.
Thanks for sharing this great build video!
Foi o melhor 👏🏻🤝🏻

I need to know how he made his soldering gun.
This was so much fun to watch 👍🏼
Bem legal, parabéns!!
nice and clean job, but you are a fearless driver. Please be careful.
Well done, I tried hard!👍🌞
wow man... Great little project. Turned out great!!!
Good job, man. Gonna watch more.
the power of batteries is it enough for 15 kilometers with speed 30 km/h ?
Great job :)
Nice work! 👍
This is fantastic!!!!!
how long is the ride for 1 full charge?
7Ah/50V battery, and the motor rated power is 350W. So at rated speed you reach 7A (350W = 50V * 7A). If your battery is fully charged you should ride for 1 hour at rated speed.
What is the rated speed.. i Don't know.
It looked like it tops out around 31km per hour, which is 19 miles per hour. So about 19 miles...theoretically.
That lines up roughly with a basic maxim for any electric vehicle with a fairly upright stance. That is below 20 mph, watt hours per mile is less then the mph number. At 20 it breaks even and beyond 20 mph whpm will be higher then mph. Theoretically. So 19mph sustained speed uses roughly 18.5 whpm. 350/18.5 = 18.9, or 19 miles range. Bingo. Its as true on a mountain bike as on a scooter.
However...
ALL of that is assuming you never stop once the whole ride. Every time you stop and have to re-accelerate, that costs significant amounts of energy. Also, there are losses to hysteresis. Also, a batteries rated capacity is not its true capacity. The more load you put on the battery, known as the "C rate", the less total energy you will be able to pull out for that charge cycle. In the case of this scooter, the motor is rated for 350w continuous and 750w maximum and I assume 48v standard batteries. That means it draws 7.3 and 15 amps respectively. 7.3 amps out of a 7ah battery is a C rate of 1, which is ok. 15 amps draw out of a 7ah battery is a C rate of 2 which may reduce its effective capacity some. ALSO Electric motors are much less efficient at speeds near 0.
Sooo not only does accelerating use more energy due to physics, it also requires running the motor at speeds where it is less efficient AND stresses the batteries with this particular setup, reducing effective capacity.
So if you are riding this in the city, and just hopping on it and letting the motor do all the work....less then 10 miles range. If you put in some effort and kick off really hard to get some speed on the scooter before you engage the motor....14-15 miles range.
Hope that answers your question :)
I want to know if you could turn that battery pack on its side and put in a second one.
Probably not. The base hase to be built taller to fit them. He already had to cut a hole for the bms
It may look easy but he has a lot of professional equipment to carry out these works and its always more imvolving than meets the eye.
outside of the welding I think most all of it could be done with a hand drill, grinder and soldering iron.
@@WIZERD51 and a spot welder if you're making a battery.
Good job and nice work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 i liked that scooter but i think the battries expensive
That's alot of skills....from electric to manual handling of the metal bits ....I couldn't put a screw on my dualtron that was stuck
shouldnt you pack the steering column bearings outside of the column THEN insert them ? just asking not hating.
Still very petty though??
what's the max travel distance on one charge?
Good job there dude awesome cheers
Getting buffed bro? Nice biceps. This was a great project. I love your videos!
Two hours ago there were only 2 views, now it's 3,564! You're doing a good job, man.
I am also liked
Nice one mate! How long can the battery lasts on a single charge?
probably 1km
Id rather walk 😁
Doesn't battery get hot when riding? shouldn't you add vents for it?
Was thinking the same thing
สุดยอดเยี่ยมครับผม👍👍
sweet job there mate
That is an understatement
That is like production model
I have to give credit when it is due,, The Scooter you made looks great and i wish i had been able to stay in college as i started learning electronics and when i watch video's like this it goes to show that anything is possible when you know how,, i bought an electric Scooter for £550 in the sales,, and i seen the KPH you was doing! i think your scooter weighs less than mine hence the speed but you go faster than a commercially bought scooter,, if i had of had a dad when growing up i would like him to have been an electrical engineer, i did get to know a great electrical engineer but he was so busy and near to retirement so i never got to learn anything, although i am very grateful that he fixed and serviced my LYNN AXSIS Record player,, 10 out of 10 for the video and work done,,,
It's never to late to start! If you focus and don't make excuses you can also learn these skills. And maybe even one day you can inspire someone as this video inspires you :)
actually I've been unable to find the cell holder (appearing at ~2:00) and wonder if you can link to that too please
5 minutes of SketchUp modeling and a friend with 3d Printer (or any local 3d print service) is all what U need. Great thing is that U can model cell holder in any weird shape if U need.
Amazing projects
How much for one of these ? 🤷🏾♂️
You can easy build this with hoverboard parts, we have some building videos :P
Молодец, с меня лайк и подписка;)
Aesthetically beautiful work!
