I don't see the similarities between de serpent of the garden of Eden and the serpent of kundalini, apart from being both serpents. That's exactly how it's supposed to be. we are meant to understand the lower and higher nature of our being just So WE know which one to use based on a given situation !
The idea of denying or repressing one's lower nature or hells by constanlty striving for the higher nature or heavens is pushed by religion and mainstream belief systems.
Balance in all things...equilibrium within our energy centers. The middle path keeping the pendulum still. If balanced and centered there is not fear, no threats, no need for the input from the instinctual brain (reptilian). The adept clothed in the animal skin reveals he/she has conquered their animal nature aka reptilian brain/ instinctual brain. Agreed. repression or controlling our defects are not the path. Our defects need to be uncovered, investigated, comprehended then removed thru the powers of our divine mother's gift of spiritual strength thru exercising right actions. Critical thinking is essential to know our inner defects...called sins or demons. In a simple way this is the teachings of the law of repentance in Christian tradition. We learn to govern our own self the universe within before ever expanding to other levels of power or dominion.

Hi, I truly had the kundalini experience in 1978, burst forth from my body and returned with a profound array of experiences following to this day. I have a perplexity arising with 2 things presented here about the Pineal and the pituitary- as being in reverse to location as well as gender references, sun and moon etc. e.g. I see the pituitary with my inner eye' in location as with the pineal shown here. I also saw the 'light from pituitary ' as being golden' issuing 'charges- in communication ' and as primary to pineal who received the charges as directives' to the Pineal that was strongly feminine and the manifester of Light /spectra into the body. I see this Light as a stellar quality of white light, while the pituitary was very much about spirit Golden illumination in a dark space background? So, I would liken the sun with pituitary and moon with Pineal? It is a very important difference as the chain of command came from pituitary as Golden +(Negative Green ) invisible_ to the Pineal- which took up command and following thru with distribution of biochemical functions? I am not saying I am right, but that was my expereince- perhaps, I was disillusioned or tricked somehow- but that is what I experienced? I am interested in others experiences of the same?

I experienced "runners high" kind of blissfulness. Muscle cramps of joy. I listened to Kelly Howell's kundakini awakening CD.
I know not of these details, but I did experience what come to learn must have been the kundalini energies which in a split second changed the way I “see” this world. I suspect it came as result of several years of dark night of soul , breath work and moving meditation through hot yoga and I stared at a solar eclipse, (they tell you don’t look!). I am not that which I am aware of - I am that which is aware…. GODspeed to all of you on your journey.
I recently experienced seeing the illumination of my pineal, which similar to how you describe was an intense cold white light (not warm) and pine cone in texture & form, like seen in ancient egyptian mythological depictions. It occurred at around 430am in a half awake/ sleep state. It was being attacked by black and dark blue rectilear forms which were dissolving and exploding upon contact with it. I awoke to my Son having a nightmare. I embraced him and myself in the white light of the pineal and the dark matter left us.
