    Hi Mike, not sure if you're aware, but there is a current case here in Germany where a 12 year old girl was brutally murdered by two girls of the same age (12 and 13). And due to the way our legal system works, where you *can not legally be convicted under the age of 14* there will be no court case at all, let alone any kind of detainment for these young murderers. So that's pretty rough and sparking a lot of discussion...
    If you'd like to talk about this on your channel, hit me up any time for translating German news etc.. I love your channel and would be happy to help and am really interested in your take on the whole thing.

      I was thinking about that as well. I’m not completely sure but I don’t recall seeing a bed in that very large room so I imagine that’s just the playroom of a younger sibling. And I’m sure that kid has even more toys in their bedroom so they’re definitely spoiling them ROTTEN. Kids are never going to value or appreciate anything or anyone when they’re every wish and demand is met for no reason other than that they exist.
      I definitely think his parents knew he did it and all three were trying to manipulate the situation with that conversation. They knew it was being recorded so they tried to say a bunch of BS to help back up his story and make themselves look like good people.

      It also keeps your kids from growing up, not being able to handle life and anything bad that comes with it, and keeps your kids from recognizing red flags as we see in triston and her families case. Their reaction alone is very unhealthy and the girls, including the mother, still talk like they're little girls. They never told their kids no and spoiled them and look how wrecked they are because one of them walked into the red flag none of them could recognize. That boy was screaming red flags and none of them recognized it. Spoiling kids too much could get them killed as well. I'm just as disgusted by Tristons parents as i am her killers. Both failed their kids big time

    Tristin's families impact statements at trial were impactful.
    They dropped 114 marbles in a glass vase to show their trust in innocence was taken from them. They each also added a marble for each of themselves.
    There were 250 witnesses ready to get on the witness stand against Aiden. Aiden only changed his plea day before trial was to start because he finally realized the state was never offering a deal.

    I heard that Sierra ran away from her moms home several times and went to her dads, even though her mother had custody at the time. And that Sierra told everyone she preferred to live with her dad. Is that something a child being abused by her dad would do? Being able to murder and then dismember a person, I think, speaks for someone and their ability to warp the truth. Wouldn’t you have to warp or alter your reality to be able to cut up the dead body of someone you depended on? I can’t imagine it’s an easy thing to do for most people. I suppose if you are in a desperate situation and you see it as the only way out…people can be capable of a lot when cornered. But still, not an easy thing to do.

    • @brigade7678
      @brigade7678 Рік тому +50

      well... sadly, yeah maybe. Abusive parents (sexually abusive especially) can do a LOT of mental shit to isolate the child from the other parent. Its a lot of shame and gross feelings that the kid can get caught in. I'm not saying thats the case here, I really don't know ofc. But your question the answer is yeah a child being abused by a parent may become unhealthily attached to the abuser and seek them out "on purpose". Parental sexual abuse is a horrid thing for what it does to a kid's mind. It can take a long long time for them to even understand their OWN impulses /thoughts /feelings toward sex or the parent even. Sick & sad.

      @@brigade7678I was in Sierras position, at least the position she allegedly experienced, and I ran away from home multiple times.
      I met other kids in a similar situation at halfway houses, and honestly, I never met one who wanted to live with their s*xual abuser if they had a choice.
      As teens, we were both extremely closed off, and volatile. If she had the safety of her mums house, she very likely would of stayed. Most of us don’t have a choice, however.
      I really smell manipulation from her mum. For example, Sierra claims she was m*lested by her dads friends, but cannot name or describe any of them. Also, in these cases, there is almost always photographic/video evidence by the abuser (in this case, allegedly her dad). Including phone evidence of him contacting these “friends”. But there was none.
      I claim bullsh*t - possible manipulation by her mum.

    • @brigade7678
      @brigade7678 Рік тому +11

      @PinkBombshellcasing i fully respect that as your experience, & all the other folk you met who share that experience. I think that makes a lot of sense and one parent coaching/planting false memories in their kid is truly horrid if her mother did something like that.
      Though I'm not sure if you're disagreeing my description isn't something abusers do? Since you stated everyone you met *wasn't* that. As far as "data sets" go, meeting them in half way houses does seem like a specific situation where you may all have a bit more common experience. Versus say kids/teens who never get 3rd party influence and don't have anyone outside the parents who know til after theyre an adult. I'm speaking of people I know and love, and my own experience. Some abusers, sexual abusers, focus on isolation and creating dependency so you end up *stuck* mentally. "Choosing" to go back to sexual abuse feels monstrous and certainly hard to mentally untangle later.
      I don't think it's what you meant, but I would discourage shutting down that possibility for other abuse victim's experiences. Yours or my experience isn't the only experience out there, and we won't all have responded the same. Walking back into abuse again really does mess someone up in a whole nother layer of guilt & shame.
      ((Though like I said above, I'm not saying that's sierra's truth. I literally can't know))

      They should all go to prison for life?? Are you insane?! Tampering with evidence is not even close to murder. Stop thinking with your feelings. If it’s proven the parents knew and knowingly got rid of evidence, they should be locked up for many years but not life. That thinking is just as insane as these murderers.

    This was a good one and also one that I haven't heard before either. Great find and, as always, told like nobody else can.
    Mike, you are the Mark Twain of the 21st century.
