I hear your message. We are told to defend the oppressed yet how do we go about helping? What do you need? Money? A voice? I feel your pain, long suffering, patience and kindness. I didn't have much but what I had I shared with the Elders. Grandfather Thomas came to Albuquerque when I was very young and he spoke about prophecy. Concerning the cross within a circle, as a Pagan descended from the Germanic, Celtic and Iberian tribes of Europe, I can shed light on this. Before we were converted, we had our own spiritual worldview and faith which lived in balance with Nature, i.e. it was animistic. Many similar features with other Indigenous/tribal faiths worldwide, including those of this continent Turtle Island. This includes our own spiritual symbols. These included various cross symbols which were solar symbols. When the Christians came from the Middle East and converted us through their taking over the Roman Empire's institutions, to convert our tribal ancestors they co-opted our symbols and traditions, demonizing our gods and goddesses, and giving us this mind virus that ultimately turned some of our nations into cannon fodder for spreading their religion into other regions of the world (for ours being tribal we respected that of other tribes and weren't universalist). Only later did the cross become the symbol of Christianity, as archaeological and literary evidence from early Christian history shows other symbols were used by the new religion. The Celtic Cross (actually depicted on the Hopi petroglyph near Oraibi, Arizona) was a sacred symbol of the Celtic people, whereas what appears the four-pointed symbol within a circle was a Germanic solar symbol. The Medicine Wheel common among many Native Americans, was similar to the Germanic Helm of Awe with its representations of not just the cardinal directions but all the realms of our ancient cosmology. We held to a cyclical understanding of time and life's cycles, so the circle was so important to us that our native European homes were constructed as circles, we constructed stone circles, etc.. The ancient Hopi elders who made this prediction (interpreted by the late Thomas Banyacya) were aware of our native symbols, but likewise that a danger was looming from elsewhere in the form of Christianity with its universal savior and salvationist dogma, and Abrahamism in general. If it was not within the balance of the circle, i.e. symbolic of both our Animism and our Tribal ways generally, then it would mean some of our Europeans who would come to the lands of the Hopi would be the ones who had lost their way and identity to the new religion. And that they would spread this religion and their unbalanced ways just as their own ancestors had earlier been subjugated.

Such were the actions of the various settlers and colonists who considered themselves Christian, no matter the sect. The spread of Christianity all around the world is one of violence and coercion, just like that of Islam or later political ideologies. That being said, I should stress that individual Christians can be much better than this historical record or what the Bible actually says. But I would say its because of the Natural Law that is innate to us as human beings, its part of our nature to be good and humane.

I don't understand why any type of blood sacrifice is necessary. This goes for Moloch, Yahweh, Satanism, Voodoo, Christianity etc.. @John Rice What this means is that those who came back to this continent were ones who had lost their own tribal ways and no longer lived in balance with Nature. Because our own Native European pre-Christian symbols included the cross and various other solar symbols and those representing the different directions and realms, examples being the Helm of Awe and the Celtic Cross. Only later did the Christians adopt the Cross as their own when they were trying to convert our ancestors. The key difference is that the cross was no longer within the circle, i.e. no longer our actual tribal-spiritual worldview that was animistic and lived in balance. Most of us lost our way, falling from our own folk traditions, although a growing number of us are returning now.

Holy moly! I went to this with my uncle. .There's a shot of us at 15:26. That's who was coughing all throughout the video it was embarrassing. So humbled and grateful to see Grandfather Thomas speaking. I use to support the Elders of Old Oribi 50 years ago when in high school. They sent me newsletters which I still have. I didn't have much but what I had I shared with the Elders. Grandfather Thomas came to Albuquerque when I was very young and he spoke about prophecy. What he didn't know was that every weekend just about. I was walking the Sandia mountains or out by Jemez and poetry flowed from those ancient caves. I walked up to thank him for coming and for the talk. He stopped me and asked are you in the mountains a lot? I said yes, he looked around me and said I thought so I see the mountain in you. Concerning the cross within a circle, as a Pagan descended from the Germanic, Celtic and Iberian tribes of Europe, I can shed light on this. Before we were converted, we had our own spiritual worldview and faith which lived in balance with Nature, i.e. it was animistic. Many similar features with other Indigenous/tribal faiths worldwide, including those of this continent Turtle Island. This includes our own spiritual symbols. These included various cross symbols which were solar symbols.
When the Christians came from the Middle East and converted us through their taking over the Roman Empire's institutions, to convert our tribal ancestors they co-opted our symbols and traditions, demonizing our gods and goddesses, and giving us this mind virus that ultimately turned some of our nations into cannon fodder for spreading their religion into other regions of the world (for ours being tribal we respected that of other tribes and weren't universalist). Only later did the cross become the symbol of Christianity, as archaeological and literary evidence from early Christian history shows other symbols were used by the new religion.
The Celtic Cross (actually depicted on the Hopi petroglyph near Oraibi, Arizona) was a sacred symbol of the Celtic people, whereas what appears the four-pointed symbol within a circle was a Germanic solar symbol. The Medicine Wheel common among many Native Americans, was similar to the Germanic Helm of Awe with its representations of not just the cardinal directions but all the realms of our ancient cosmology. We held to a cyclical understanding of time and life's cycles, so the circle was so important to us that our native European homes were constructed as circles, we constructed stone circles, etc..
The ancient Hopi elders who made this prediction (interpreted by the late Thomas Banyacya) were aware of our native symbols, but likewise that a danger was looming from elsewhere in the form of Christianity with its universal savior and salvationist dogma, and Abrahamism in general. If it was not within the balance of the circle, i.e. symbolic of both our Animism and our Tribal ways generally, then it would mean some of our Europeans who would come to the lands of the Hopi would be the ones who had lost their way and identity to the new religion. And that they would spread this religion and their unbalanced ways just as their own ancestors had earlier been subjugated.
When you look at a cross, we ALL know what it represents. Jesus Christ, dying on the cross for humanity’s sin. You can try to spin it, but Yeshua’s truth, can never be hidden or forgotten. Paganism might be dancing around May poles, but it’s dead, and has zero resurrection power. Archeology in Israel has already shown the time period of the symbol, which looked more like an X than a cross. It had to be covert due to early Christians being killed for their beliefs. Christ is the only Holy person talked about before He was born and after His death. Ancient Chinese astronomer talked about Christ before they ever heard of Him, and three days later, writing about His ascension. The Bible is the Love letter to humanity, if read it, the Holy Spirit would reveal everything.

Such were the actions of the various settlers and colonists who considered themselves Christian, no matter the sect. The spread of Christianity all around the world is one of violence and coercion, just like that of Islam or later political ideologies. That being said, I should stress that individual Christians can be much better than this historical record or what the Bible actually says. But I would say its because of the Natural Law that is innate to us as human beings, its part of our nature to be good and humane.

I don't understand why any type of blood sacrifice is necessary. This goes for Moloch, Yahweh, Satanism, Voodoo, Christianity etc.. @John Rice What this means is that those who came back to this continent were ones who had lost their own tribal ways and no longer lived in balance with Nature. Because our own Native European pre-Christian symbols included the cross and various other solar symbols and those representing the different directions and realms, examples being the Helm of Awe and the Celtic Cross. Only later did the Christians adopt the Cross as their own when they were trying to convert our ancestors. The key difference is that the cross was no longer within the circle, i.e. no longer our actual tribal-spiritual worldview that was animistic and lived in balance. Most of us lost our way, falling from our own folk traditions, although a growing number of us are returning now.
