hey dude - did you notice when you do cold starts in general (after a long period of sitting), your engine has a very slight fluctuation in idle sound? like it sort of goes up and down every so slightly before tapering off to a normal idle? Not sure if they makes sense. Might just be a characteristic of the motor or not.
Yes. The s54 always does that. Mine is even tuned and still does it. Definitely normal for these. I believe it has something to do with the oil pressure on a cold start but don't quote me on that!
