Sometimes a two-beat shot is used, cued with "Get, set, go!" where the time between the beats is the same as the time between "Get" and "set". "Get, set, one!" indicates a single two-beat shot, also known as a oneshot. A red glow indicates 8 beats instead of 7. I believe that's all the mechanics used in this video; I'm currently rewatching it to ensure that it is. Hope this helps!
