Harrison I love this video. I’ve always wondering what goes on pregame or post game and I think this is really cool. Keep up the great content and I look forward to seeing the next one 😊

Worked 3 seasons as D-Jay. The field drains so much better now! In the day an afternoon thunderstorm would drown the field. Luckily never had to pull tarp

A go pro with a head mount would give you a wider shot, and better quality in one and you wouldn’t have to wear camera glasses… people might look at you weird at first but 🤷‍♂️
I’m not sure if you did or not, but I’ve found with narration videos that they tend to come out better when you watch your own footage a few times and write a script. You don’t have to stick to it fully but you might find yourself repeating less, and explaining more in depth.
Great video, can’t wait for more!

Thanks for the advice! Sadly with the grounds crew job at times I wouldn’t be able to wear a go pro on my head, plus I don’t know how players and coaches would react lol. Also for my other jobs I wouldn’t be able to wear the gopro, I might also wear the glasses when I play baseball too so it gives me a opportunity to record more than just one job basically. And yah, I do watch my footage while doing my voice over but I tend to repeat myself a lot or stutter, that’s why when I record and do the audio at the same time my videos turn out better, definitely need to work on voice overs more. Thanks for watching!

What products do MLB crews when putting the logo on the back of the mound?

Hey man loved this video. I was just wondering what the job qualifications are for this job? Like and previous work or anything like that.

So I had absolutely no previous experience in anything related to grounds crew. My background consists of working for the Tampa Bay Rays as a fan host in 2022 and this year as a Ticket Tech, I work for the Tampa Bay Lightning as security and worked for the TB Bucs in 2022 as a customer service guy. Only related experience was helping my local high school baseball team here and there with setting up for practices and doing score keeping for them. Other than that I don't have any special degree, never used any of the tools I use up until now. It's really a learn as you go type of job. To stand out, I'd try to get experience working with other sports teams and seeing if your high school needs help even if its equipment manager, it's at least something that could help you stand out other than normal jobs.
