I made this for the women's retreat and they loved it. This is the first tart I ever made. I also followed your tart video to make tart for the first time. Though, i did not get to make the jelly because it was runny. Can you provide the measurement for gelatin powder and agar agar in tsp please? Also, my strawberry confit was a little bit watery, yet, it was delicious. Maybe because, it did not make it boil more. I just had to let the tart set in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving so the strawberry confit hardens a little bit. Also, instead of using Almond powder for the batter, I used rice flour because the Almond powder is expensive if I make for a big group. Thank you Chef Hanbit!
