- Bud came to Philadelphia from California. He heard about Kensington while out west, and eventually made his way there. The first thing he did when he got off the bus was go get drugs. He's been on the streets for about 2 years, and he's been attacked while out there. He acknowledges his part in all of this. He talks about how things have changed since the 90's. He wants to turn it all around and become the father and the husband he was suppose to be.

Bud is back home with family. I flew out and got him. I’m his brother.
He is very lucky to have you.
His bored!? REALLY we are all bored and sick and tired ! But the majority of us have to get up and go to work. Its called being a responsible adult. If you cant do that its on you!
@@galegrazutis964 our parents had just passed away each in his arms , he took a Amtrak to go get rehab as Philly may understand “Fentanyl “ better. But tried the Kensington drugs. Bored not really correct word.
🙏
If this is true, I'd like to help get him some things he needs. I can give you my email so you can get ahold of me.
For Bud's brother who came and got him, your love is unconditional.
I was the only family member who was ALWAYS there for my granddaughter.
Through very hard times, very dark times. She knew her Granny would never judge her,
She knew my unconditional love was forever. Bless you and your brother.
@cindytackett7106 That's amazing, Cindy. I'm glad your granddaughter had you. And you're right. Bud's brother coming to get him was definitely unconditional love.
thanks 😊
@@user-xn1bo9rx5m how is he doing though?
@@elip241he’s ok
Heroin is tough..I Quit on January First,2000....COLD TURKEY... Got tired of being sick. Got sick of being tired. Got sick and tired of being sick and tired.... It's all a Vicious Cycle. My body looks like a road map of abcess scars ..EVERYWHERE. I didn't feel ' OK' for three years. I still dream of it...
Your an absolute warrior ,well done.
That's amazing, Beverly. I'm so happy to hear you were able to make it out. 🙏
Drugs just don't Ppeal to me, thank goodness..
@@RichardferretfirstFerret That's definitely a good thing.
Stay on the right track!
You took me all the way back to my detox's. Ended up in ICU in induced coma for 4 days. I also drank a lot with the dope. Damn near killed me. Dr told me I either needed to never use again or keep using cause the detox for had gotten so severe. I was having nonstop grand Mal seizures which is why they induced coma. 58 yrs old and been on a fairly low dose of methadone and AA.
Hope this guy can get some hope
Damn, that's crazy. I'm glad you were able to make it through all that. Congratulations on that. You definitely deserve it. Keep shining, brother. You got this!
@unheardvoices_official thanks!! I'm grateful to be alive and reasonable happy. Hope I can be of help to others. I first did heroin in SF in 1988. The whole scene has changed to the point its satanic. People are polluting the drugs and the drugs are more powerful and more addictive. Anyone that puts xylazine in fentanyl doesn't have a soul. Plus all the violence. The aspect that tells me this is aimed at hurting people is how cheap it is. Made for anyone to be able to get it.
Heroin is extremely addicting. I was homeless many years and climbed out of the streets eventually, because i hated living that way and therefore the journey to recovery was tolerable.
@@aronrosas4191 Congratulations on making it out. That's what's up. I totally feel you. I just hit 10 years clean myself back in April. Keep going. You got this!
I hope this guy finds a way away from his addiction and finds some love and peace... He has so much to offer... Good luck and God bless!!
Thanks so much for the kind words, Jimmy. His brother notified everyone that he went to Philly and got him and brought him back home to California. I'm rooting for them.
Og spitting facts.. i got out of kenzo at the end of 2021, was running around there off and on from 2015 til then. The withdrawals are brutal but they are the easy part, the tough part is living with the long term consequences of said drug use/ bad decisions, without using those drugs
That's what's up, Andrew. I'm so glad you were able to get out of there, bro. You're right. It's tough living with the long-term consequences. You're making it, though. Keep pushing forward, bro. You got this!
Yes, I agree, that's the hard part, after the drugs.
💯 getting clean is the easiest part for me too but staying clean is a whole other ballgame!!! I had 13 years California clean just to relapse and start all over again

Hell yea, bro. Congratulations on taking those steps. I was addicted to drugs for 18 years myself. I just hit 10 years clean back in April. It gets easier. You got this!
LOL! Me too dude. I been on methadone for a long time too after 20 years of smack out in Denver. It's a rough road, but it's SO much easier than being "out there" still. Stay strong and enjoy your freedom 🍀💚✊️
@@sean8514 Absolutely, bro! Congratulations on getting off the streets.
Boredom is a danger. Stay busy. Work overtime take on side jobs. Be busy and steer clear of users. Find God.
I was legally prescribed methadone and dilaudid for chronic pain for over a decade. When my doctor left practice (stroke due to a flu shot), I had nothing. Decided to get off. Methadone is fucking bad…took months. 3-4yrs ago… took kratom to relieve the symptoms of legit pain relief. 6 months on fetty, got TF off that garbage as well. A year and a half ago. It sucks ass, even harder if you’re on the streets. Drugs are part of the eugenics program 2024. This is a war on people. Period
Amen Jesus Christ be with you
Glad ur helping him. We helped my brother 30x and don’t regret it. He passed 2 years ago. He was drinking, had a heart attack, ran outside and fell in a pond and drowned. 3 days before we found him. 😢😢
Wow! That's crazy. I'm so sorry to hear that. 🙏
6yrs clean off dope and I'm blessed for that. I know how it feels to be chasing. It's the hardest habit to kick. I prey for everyone who was like me
😊
@MustafaArekat That's amazing! Congratulations on getting clean. That's a huge accomplishment, and you should be proud of yourself.

I am from Orange county California, I understand the boredom he speaks about and the lack of true connections. Bud, your heart is in the right place and I'm so glad your brother loved you enough to get you. I hope you find the support system you need!!
Santa Ana Ca produced all the addicts in the 90s
You know that someones life and mental state is not functioning properly and is unmanageable if one decides to up root completely across country to chase your Drug of choice because another addict told that it was more accepting of Opiate addiction in that state. I was a addict for over 17yrs hook on dope and the dope game has completely changed and is not anything like it was before. Addiction definitely is a mental health issue. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction, please do not hesitate to reach out for Help. It’s a dog eat world in those streets of Philly. I know first hand because the Bad Lands and Baltimore where my spots to get on and i know first hand how bad those streets are. I pray each and every single day for all those in addiction because i know how real that battle is every day and i do not wish that on anyone or anyone’s Family. God Bless 🙏🏼
yes and years of it blends with the mental illness and become one. At 17 years you were close to the point of no return .
Great advice from him.
Absolutely, Rhonda. 🙏
Those withdrawal symptoms can be overcome. It's temporary, however agonizing it is.
Bud is a rare breed nowadays. Those born in 70-80s using dope are mostly gone/ passed away. They were using when her0in was still real in the 90s. Bud has more knowledge in his pinky then most people on the street sober or high.
That aggravated the shit out of me when he said he wants to have a THIRD kid. What a sefish way to think,he can barely take care of himself and he already brought two other kids into this world.
Watch it agin, he didn’t say he wants to have third child.
those would actually be the kids of his EX- Girlfriend(s) from 30 years ago. My brother BUD has no Biological Children.
@@paddyyoutubificationhe has ZERO kids trust me
@@paddyyoutubificationI did watch it again,he used the exact words,"I'd like to have a third."I know he's not going to, it's the fact that he'd like to.
@@Tony-hu7uk yeah he says things to . give himself hope. He’s not picking kids up from soccer practice or helping someone get a learners permit. if a lady had a kid she can live with us. we have 4 vacant rooms
Wow, this man's body is proof of how much abuse the human body can take and survive
yep , Athletes retire , these guys don’t.

Are we going to be getting more baltimore interviews soon? I know Kensington is ample content. Keep up the great work
Absolutely, Katie. There will definitely be more Baltimore interviews coming soon.
You cant run from yourself.
Very true!
I sound similar to Bud when I talk of breaking my addiction to my comfortable government job. I understand his pain in a very small part.
Believe me, I do, too! I'm glad you were able to get through it. 🙏
You're addicted to your comfortable government job?
this dude needs to give it up to old to be on the streets the game has changed
The game has definitely changed. I've actually been in contact with his brother. He flew out there to get him and bring him back to California.
he’s indoors and setting the A/C it’s 100 degrees where he is now.
He came out East to use drugs. OMG. Why? To dig his own grave? 😢
I'm sure it's a decision he probably regrets.

What did I hear @1:50 minutes in during this video?
Great question
A Alien
Lol, I heard it, too. Something must have happened with the audio, but I'm not really sure what caused it.
Disembodied voice
Glad I’m not the only one that heard it! 😂
Very good. Thank you. But too many interruptions from the interviewer. Imho.
he can get clean.
@@lexremillard2549 Definitely.
If many of us can than he can.
@@lexremillard2549 I agree wholeheartedly.
The problem is the things that he had when he was sober were all things of the world. Materials. We can’t praise the world around us and expect not to fall into temptation. We must find God in order to live graciously. God Bless all who are struggling to find the strength to take that first step. Let go, and let God. 🙏❤️❤️

Crazy but this dude is so souther cali

Much appreciated! 🙏
He told u y he came to philly the fentanyl is cheaper, which doesn’t make any sense because Southern California is closer to Mexico, but I digress
That's a good point about Southern Cal being closer to Mexico, Mike. You would think it would be cheaper there.
Bud must have a trust. How can u afford cross country trip to shoot dope?
The grass is always greener... he will probably go back to cali once november weather hits
He's back in Cali now. His brother commented on this video and said he went and got him and brought him back.
he spent 2 winters outside in Kensington but is used to 78 degrees on Thanksgiving day. Thats proof how bad this Fentanyl is.
Im sorry but why do u guys say methadone with a 'Don at the end lol its done not Meth a don but 'Meth a done.
Lol
Blacks in Baltimore say heron and not heroine. Not sure about Philly.
This dude could pull of the old dude hipster vibe.. get him an old panhead, and a nice fade.
ha ha he has a 1971 harley chopper made by Freddy Hernandez and Denver Mullins . a 1971 bone stock , 1996 883 , 1999 suzuki intruder and a 2012 BMW gs 1200…. no he’s never been to “Born Free” …

Kratom got me off d boy
He hopes he has a third child??? For what? To not be in her/his life?
Crazy idea!
5:58 secs is ridiculous
Definitely. It's crazy what drugs will make you do.
At 1:50 some strange sounds pop in. Sounds like some kind of demon and I’m seriously lot a religious person. I’m Catholic but haven’t been to church in years.
Lol, I heard that. I'm not even really sure what happened. I think something happened with the audio, but I don't know what caused it.
I've heard this once before with this UA-camr. I think it's something with his equipment or editing or something....not a demon!!
@cjs216 I believe it probably was something on my end with the audio. I'm not really sure what caused it, though.
All excuses with this guy
What did all the drug addicts do during covid lockdowns ? Supply would have dried up ?
I don't think supply would've dried up during Covid. I actually read an article back then that said the addiction numbers were rising due to stress, lack of things to do, boredom, etc.
@@unheardvoices_official it proves that drug trade is organised by the government, otherwise the drug supply wouldn’t have made it to its users, not with all the restrictions we had at the time.
Things got very hard. But people adapt.
I work and do not have any extra money for anything where do these people get the money
From all different avenues. Some panhandle. Some boost. Some do other things. It's not hard, especially when you can get a pill of dope for $2 or $3.
Also he's not paying rent or bills while he's on a run. Any money he makes goes to getting well. Anything left goes to cigarettes or food or other necessities. But getting right is top priority. And I guarantee you he rather be working, clean, with a place to live even if he's broke than living this nightmare. I know it's hard to understand and most people who haven't been through it won't. I guarantee you though, he appreciates little things like clean socks, safe place to sleep, running water, things that " normal " people don't think twice about
@krystiangorski6201 Absolutely!! Well said. 🙏
