Since my Grandfather gave me the HU I have always been singing it all the time everyday and it has helped me in every area of my life Since high school to the university from becoming a students leader in the university to working with FIFA, Australia mining company, Qatar Shipping company etc.

Almost 10 months ago I went to pick up my daughter at work....she was still busy with patients(she works with kids with autism). As I sat waiting suddenly I saw an orb or a ball full of all kinds of light all over it. It was spinning ...I got a little overwhelmed thinking I was dreaming....I sat up...shook my head but it was constantly there no matter what I did....then I saw this writing ...just as it is written here....these same letters.....I felt an overwhelming peace and joy coming from within me which I cant explain. It lasted for about 10 minutes....after, I decided to draw the letters as I saw it , I needed to know what it stood for because I'd never seen those letters before..I decided not to say anything until I figured it out. When I got home I decided to Google it. Again I was overwhelmed. I called my sister and a friend to tell them what I experienced.....since then, I have been driven to do these meditations.....now I have the answer...now I understand. I'm so grateful...especially at what's happening in this world as I write this....sending Unconditional Love (Agape Love) Forgiveness healing...Thank you.❤

My pug puppy messie was making so much noise at night. He was very hyper active and wasn't sleeping. So As I did my spiritual exercise,I played this HU song on you tube. Slowly messie started calming down and by the end of this video,He was already asleep..Animals are Souls too that can recognize the HU song..It calms them down and brings them so many benefits too just as it does for us.

This is true. It goes back many thousands of years in this world. The most important part - how chanting it awakens the inner sound of HU which can be heard from the spiritual worlds.
@@hu4321 Overall I believe average western folk owe a debt of gratitude to Eckankar for making these teachings accessible to them since the mid 60s (before the advent of the Internet and budget travel). Not everyone happens to be indoctrinated to the Sufism and writings of Mowlana (Rumi) and Shams Tabrizi due to their cultural heritage, from a young age. What Paul did, was meant to be. 🌟

I listen to this every morning. Just play it and go about your day. I noticed it raises my vibration. I might wake up feeling bad but as soon as I hear HU, my mood is lifted. I don't even have to chant it.

I had a strange dream maybe a year ago, or two years, and I was in a pure white ship in outter space, and this is what the "great beings" sounded like, singing their spiritual hymn to the universe in one harmonious lullabye.

I just stumbled upon this a few days ago. I’ve never heard of HU before.
Ever since I was a little girl, every single time I’ve ever cried really hard, mostly in private, this is the sound that comes out of me as I cry. I’ve never really put much thought into it. I’ve poured through these comments, looking for someone with a similar experience trying to explain this away.
Maybe this means nothing and I’m reaching, perhaps this is divine intervention. I can’t stop thinking about it though now, and I keep coming back and listening to this, over and over again. As though this is very familiar, but it isn’t, and I just don’t understand what, if anything it means, but it moves me in a way I can’t describe.
WOW. Your comment touched me. I'll try and respond as best I can from my experience. HU is the sound found in the deepest place of the heart. Since I was a child (maybe 5 y.o. until my 20's) I felt a deep heartache, and with it a yearning to find what life was really about. I knew there had to be more than a physical body. At the same time I heard sounds inside which I didn't understand, and Mom and Dad had no answer. Years later, I came across a book that mentioned that God speaks most directly as sound or sounds and that HU was the source sound of all creation and love. Soon after I had an experience out of the body, or as Soul Travel, and those worlds of heaven each has a different sound which comes out of HU (OM is one). Blessings. P.S. I was raised as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, so the idea of a soul was rejected in my youth, but none of that ever felt right for me. I left the Kingdom Hall many years ago as a teenager.
Several tragedies have happened in my life over the last year that have made me question why they have happened and I just continue to work through them.

This is a sound you can hear in the wind... The wind in trees and leafs. The sound you hear in the sea, as the waves and tides move on the sand. This is the sound you hear in the rain. Even if you close your eyes and ears and focus on the You deep inside you can still hear this HU throughout from your body... HU is everywhere.

Thanks for your post….Have u discovered the UA-cam, Eckankar HU video, that includes the quotes? As a teen I stood under the night sky asking the universe if all there is to life is what I had known thus far. School, family, friends…. It all felt so devoid of real meaning. I left home at 17, did yoga, checked out various paths like Buddhism & Taoism & searched for an answer to that question. After kind of begging God Or the divine for a spiritual guide, an acquaintance gave me “The Spiritual Notebook” by Paul Twitchell, Where I learned about the HU. It’s nearly 50 years ago that I was given the book & I thought I’ll let the HU prove to me if it is real.. and indeed it has. The HU never fails to provide love, protection, recall of past lives, healing & more. But it’s up to the individual what they want to learn or experience, as we each have our own path to God. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

When I have sung HU I also hear inner sounds - which I now know is the sound of Spirit. Different chants can tune us in to different states of consciousness. EX: The OM is one of the higher chants of the mental worlds, and is very good for calming the mind. The HU, however, is from the heart of God and some consider it the sound behind all sounds. If you hear this sound coming from within yourself consider yourself blessed.

I had an experience while singing HU; an ancient and secret love song to God. I was in the middle of the universe and I could hear and feel other beings from all creation doing the same thing. It was a feeling of being ONE in God and it was like God was singing it through us to ITSELF. It was,and IS, a simbiatic relationship that's going on even if we're not conscious of IT.💙

I was taught about this from my mom I have added it to my phone. I use it to help me sleep. Or if I'm feeling sad or scared or even if I'm having a great day and want to increase that feeling. Interesting that the first two letters of my last name spell HU. As the video states, no matter what your path, you can use this song to open your heart. You are simply giving love to God for the love God gives to us. God loves us as we are his creation. The way an artist may love a painting or sculpture

This is an ancient meditative sound. It is symbolized by the window when left open the breeze may or may not come-similarily pay attention to thought and feeling without attachment and one may or may not have a transcendental blissful moment . When I compare with other meditations, HU does what other sounds do, and more. Swiftly, and with the pure power of Love. It's especially helpful when I feel fearful and in need of protection.
I agree, and you make me wonder how something so simple as 2 letters could make such a change in consciousness. I find it's because it resonates with something deeper than words can explain - it resonates or rather mirrors the sound from the heart of God. The best way to start each day
I chant Hu when I go out, when I’m on the way to somewhere. It calms the mood of other people around me. Everybody I meet greets me first and smiles at me … there is harmony in the air 😊

The great awakening has begun as love banishes the fear and lies of COVID-19. We are powerful creators of this reality. We are born divine, sovereign and free.
We have been conditioned to think that only politicians can solve our problems. Maybe at some point we will wake up and recognise that it was politicians who created our problems. Nobody can speak for us. We have our own voice. Never give your vote to politicians, because without a key you cannot open ANY door unless you have their permission.
Only small children require mummy and daddy to open the front door - those without a key have no freedom!
The word is mightier than the s(word). We are learning to trust in our own voices as we begin to write our own script.
