The Godox X3 does not work in high-speed sync on the rear curtain with the Nikon Z series. Is this a known issue? Godox X2 Pro has no problem with this settings.
I have just received mine for sony, but I don't find the sekonic L858 in the shooting mode menu. I sent an email to get support but I have no answer. My firmware is 1.0, I don't find updates in your website
The TCM is cumbersome to use. It should have a dedicated button on each group instead of being a global option and with a long press picking the flash of that group. The single press should work like in the V1. Pressing M after is confusing (we need to remember all the time if TCM is enabled in the settings and which flash was chosen) hence the necessity of a dedicated TCM button on every group. And a dedicated zoom button on every group too The pause button can be replaced by just long pressing the power on a group in the main screen I can send you a screenshot of what could be changed
Agreed direct TCM button with long hold to lock in manual is much better than this option. It’s enough of a nuisance I may even go back to my old controller
love this trigger, but why the buttons and the crown are on the right side? You suppose to hold the camera with your right hand and make changes with left one. You have the experience with X1 trigger and changed that with new and better one- X2.
I do just the opposite. I support the weight of the camera with my left hand and operate the controls with my right, so this placement makes sense to me. Crown placement will be awkward for left-handed people, though...
@@jlwilliams , sometimes i do it like that too, but most of the time, i'm holding the camera where supposed to be held. They did fix their mistake of the X1t, where if you want to scroll with your left hand, all the screen is blocked and awkward to work with. X2 is one of the best triggers on the market and all the buttons are placed on the left side. Maybe i'm wrong, but in my opinion, makes more sense to place them on the left side.
Pre-ordered mine earlier this month. Looking forward to experiencing the new design and the smaller footprint on top of the camera. Interestingly, given this tech, I wonder if an iWatch app is coming? LOL.
Hello. Question - does this trigger work at short shutter speeds? for example at 1/8000? my Sony a7 rm5 camera with x2 trigger only works at a shutter speed of 1/250, it doesn’t allow me to set a shorter shutter speed

I used this for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and even though I have HSS selected, I can't get it to work. I've tried multiple times since, but it simply will not let the camera go about 1/250th. As a test, without changing any settings on the camera, I put my old Pro II trigger in and HSS started working immediately. This is the Nikon version, HSS does NOT work. There is also no option for rear curtain sync, only front and HSS.
Please ensure that your Nikon camera's rear curtain setting is enabled. Additionally, if you haven't done so recently, you might want to check if your firmware is up to date. If it's not, kindly consider upgrading it using the firmware package available on the official website.
No one talk about the bad AWB make, what about flash? Other brand except for Sony flash, not working good with flash, TTL is not send the correct signal, and the color are not correct! Why no one talk about this? I have to compensate +2+3 to have the correct exposure in TTL. I came from nikon all my life, now I have Sony and this is my only complaint at the moment.
