I haven't much liked the Harbaugh brothers, but that being said they know how to coach a team and 100% get the best out of their players, he wanted to be a run heavy offense. He saw what he had in Herbert.. he switched gears in season .. so yea he is definitely his own guy.. and in his own world.. but he definitely knows ball and is obviously a players coach.
I've followed him a long time. He is a guy who lives his life like those inspirational slogans from Hallmark cards. And somehow it works out for him and his team but not the rest of us. Amazing dude
