The items that were discussed at this meeting were as follows:
3. Discussion regarding a proposal to amend the residential zones to add an R1-5 single family zone and to amend the R3 zone to create R3-A and R3-S zones to provide for a multifamily attached zone and a multifamily stacked zone, and to amend the site development standards for all R1, R2, and R3 zones, and related clerical and administrative amendments
4. Discussion regarding the Taylor Landing general plan amendment and rezone applications, an application to amend the general plan to re-designate parks and recreation area to medium-large lot residential, and an application to rezone approximately 78 acres of land from the A-1 (agricultural) zone to the R1-15 (single-family residential) zone, and approximately 32 acres of land from the A-1 (agricultural) zone to the O-1 (open space) zone
5. Discussion regarding Speed Reductions on 5100 W and the Maintenance Agreement with the Forrest Service near Causey Road
6. Closed Session to discuss the character and competence of an individual
7. Discussion regarding Change Order for 12th Street, Phase 4
