Love the mullet cut a lot
Each boy had the perfect cut for him. Henry transformed completely as his hair got really short, did wonders to his very cute face. Felix and Otto look very cool in their new style and Cosmo’s long curls turned into a charming and tousled style, in the cutest sense. Evan looks amazing in his long hair, it suits him so well. All six boys are incredibly beautiful and have such gentle personalities.
I thought it was adorable in the beginning when the youngest 3 boys were holding onto each other. There is a deep love and tenderness among your children.

Im a hairdresser, Your doing a really good job! The only thing I can suggest is when your running the clippers lay the edge of the clipper ( the guard ) flush or flat on the head so you have resistance on the curvature. They all look so cute. Cosmo, Henry, looks awesome

Watching that brought back memories of my younger son getting his curls cut off by my sister-in-law. Except we didn't give her permission to cut his hair. He had beautiful Shirley Temple ringlets. She gave him a bowl cut.We were so pissed at her,we didn't speak to her for months.. Plus he wanted his long hair. He let it grow out again, but he never had any more curls. When he was 18 he shaved it all off. His choice so no objections from us. I still have his ponytail from that day in 1996.

You can really see the resemblance between Otto and Henry, especially the way they smile with their eyes. It's amazing how much Henry looks like Pearl and like his Daddy too! When he was little, I always felt like he looked most like you, Chloe!
I love how they just sit there and speak with you. No tablets or TV to distract but totally fine with it! Maybe thinning scissors would be great for the thick hair? It makes transitions easier. I love cosmos hair cut!

Definitely recommend thinning sheers for the thicker hair - it'll make the layering you were trying to do much easier! That said, the cuts look great and it'll only get easier the more you do it and learn their hair

I have really thick hair too and I got an undercut a few months ago and it's been so nice, especially when it's hotter, and it gets rid of the knots that are always at the bottom of my neck where the baby hairs are.
All of their haircuts turned out so well! My Mum used to just buzz cut my brother's hair whenever it got too long. It's a good thing my brother never wanted a specific style of haircut, because my Mum wouldn't have had the patience for one haircut, let alone six!😅

Not bad! I recommend getting a pair of thinning shears. That'll make the blending turn out a lot smoother. Also when you're doing the sides and back, when you get near the top, you can flick/angle the clippers away from the head, or keep going straight up but without following the contour of the head so you get a nice blend from short to longer. There are lots of videos about it.
You did a good job working with your mistakes for Henry's haircut. It happens. I don't know if it was because of the mistakes or not, but next time I recommend leaving the top part wider. Though plenty of people like that shape, so ai suppose it's just personal preference.
And yeah, average hair is easier than super thick hair, but I can tell you that very thin/fine is not easy either. 😅 My toddler brother has super fine hair and it makes it very hard to comb and grab the hair evenly. Even with the clipper guards, it doesn't like to do it nicely, so I have to be extra careful at the blending point.
Imagine having to do it on your own head! Luckily my hair is a nice thickness so I don't have too many problems, though the crown of my head likes to do weird things regardless of length.

At home haircuts are kind of the best. And honestly if I was just looking at your kids and nobody pointed out the "flaws" of their cut I wouldn't even have noticed! Lord knows I've messed my kids hair up over the years lol

Cutting Cosmo's hair took me back to the 1st time I cut my daughter's locks. She was a baldy at birth, but had a head of curls at 6 months. It grew back straight in ash blonde. I've still got the curls and she's still ash blonde.

Henrys hair got a bit too short but dont stress, it grows so fast you will be needing to do a refresh soon enough.
I have an under cut like Evan got but my section its larger (but you still cannot see from the front). I have a lot of hair. Maybe not as much as you and Otto but still its a lot to manage so an undercut was the best decision and I love it, especially during summer. Recently I have been getting a few designs done when I get it cut back, its fun even though it doesn't last more than a couple of weeks and the new growth covers it, but I love to play with the under cut. I am thinking about bleaching next time, just for fun! Maybe experimenting with some colors too :)
