To update, the Velcro on mine finally started to give up. I emailed them and they said they have a lifetime replacement warranty *if you have a receipt* so if you know where your receipt is, save it so you can get a replacement once the service life is up. Just got done ordering a replacement in tan for $20 shipped and won’t forget to save my receipt 😂
