Dear Eric, I've managed to experience my lines in such a way but by lying down. Standing is to much for me since the tension/lines are all over the place - from the sole to the sculp. In my case,it takes a long time to be able to feel and find where there is holding - if I don't alow the line(s) to show up I'm left with the same or even worse tension. Quite an experience... Thank you for the video ❤

Thank you, Jasna. I encourage you to adapt the movements to fit into your needs.
Breathing space assessment is always a great way to explore and see some of the hidden tension patterns. What might be perceivable tension is often not the most stuck hidden spot.
Since I know your situation a little bit, I'll give you some specific advice, or at least something to consider. Consider trying to hold your body exactly the way it likes to hold. Freeze in that way without even a movement. Hardening like you're a statue, freeze the way it has you frozen. Amplify the hardening so you're in control of it. Create the bracing that freezes your breathing. Practice coming out of that.
About this movement that you're commenting on: if the muscles aren't released before doing this type of fascia release movement, the muscles have to endure stretching and that's just going to recoil and make things worse.
Be hyper-vigilant about not stretching those places that are really stuck. Stretching and forcing the muscles will not yield good results in finding freedom and ease.
Harden, soften. Look for where it's hard to sense tension. Mostly focus on torso.

      Hi Eric,
Yes, I try to keep awareness on the breathing as a guide while doing the movements and what I've been able to feel, instead of just knowing, is that the aching parts are a responders to parts that are silently holding - I would say that mostly the case is back to the front; back is trying to open the front and is sending signals as an ache. So, where I feel achines I'm trying to find the opposite or the other side that is quiet.
Regarding freezing it - it's a wonderful way to get to know the line(s) in a way that the time I'm holding it allows me to perceive what is going on and gives me the space to consciously release it - counting is helping as well as going back in tension and releasing it bit by bit.
About this specific movement from this video - yes, this kind of approach is a to big for me at this point.
Thank you for taking in consideration specifics and not replying genericly. It is always a pleasure and a help in one way or the other exploring the movements in a way you're suggesting.
Thank you for the time and the thinking it takes... 🤗

Osteoporosis is best worked out with your doctor.
Break the movement down into parts. Upper on one side and lower on the other. These Quadrant versions of the Side Bend may be helpful.
