- Meet Willow who joined our little family a couple of weeks ago after she was abandoned on the side of the road. She's such a happy, sociable little bunny & it's horrible to think there's people out there that think it's ok to abandon animals, but she's now home safe with us where she's going to have the best little life 🤍

I have 7 rabbits that I love so dearly. I’m obviously single and live alone and been able to afford it physically, emotionally and financially. The other day my neighbour came over and said my friend has a rabbit. She wants to just let her go(not even caring enough to take the bunny to shelter). She was asking me if I can have the rabbit. I said I can’t because the bonding of my bunnies and hers would be a great challenge for me. But I insisted if she thinks that she still want to just abandon her at least let me know to take the bunny to a shelter 😢

She is gorgeous. Good luck with the bonding when she is ready. When my friend bought my "bun nephew" and he arrived at 8 weeks old, he was jumping on and off all the furniture. Higher, higher, higher and balancing on narrow chair backs and jumping off from great heights. I was so scared he was going to kill himself but fortunately he didn't and he calmed down as he grew older. But he always liked to jump on the furniture. And he like to poop and pee on the furniture too. This calmed down after his neuter but he always produced loads of poops on the couch to let his human know she was laying on HIS couch. That was a never ending battle between them.

Hi!could you please tell me advice bcs my bunny was fine yesterday but now he is not rlly moving he was hoping around for a bit but thats it he is eating but btw he is skinny idk if its normal i feed him with hay for bunnies and sometimes with cucumber or parsley or carrot (not much bcs carrots have high sugar) and bananna and fruits so i dont know why is he skinny i am currently at home maybe he is cold idk i put blanket on him and fed him with cucumber bananna but he isnt moving i am worried...btw his ears are not rlly warm they are kinda cold and i am not rlly confident in taking my bunny temperature but i will try..😢

I wish you could have shown us what you only talked about doing to make your house rabbit ready. That would be more exciting than listening to what amounts to just a monologue. I’m mostly interested in seeing how rabbits interact with their human.
I want to mention, you have a nice set up there for bunny, but you need something on the floor that she can grip better so she does it get splayed legs. That’s what I’m hearin from Lorelei Carlson on her the Lenny channel.
Sorry you didn’t like the video, but this was to share who Willow was & also her horrible start in life thanks to her previous owners.
I actually have plenty of rugs on my floors as my rabbits have full free roam of the downstairs of my home… Also, this was a temporary set up for when she settled in, she has another set up now in our living room until next month, when she will be bonded with my other two rabbits (as rabbits shouldn’t live alone 😉)

Male rabbits, get neutered, female, rabbits, get spayed. Those are two very different procedures.
Pretty sure it gets confused because there is the same end process, sterilization.
