This is a meditation designed for world peace. You can do this at anytime but it is magnified when done in groups. I remember years ago. There was an experiment done in the Middle East where there was war in this one city. On every street corner or every several street corners, there would be A master of meditation feeling and imagining Peace there. I think it was a week or less that the war stopped in that city. ❤
