Brazilian listening! I missed more jazz language in the cellist’s phrases during his solo, and the cello’s volume is too low on the mix, what a pity...! I think there was a wrong note on the melody too, right? Well, the rest is ok, the suits are cool, etc... but I think the mixing could be better, you guys are doing well.
If I may so bold as to offer a suggestion to the cellist. Please play in higher range of cello! It will cut through the mix better!! LOVE YOUR PLAYING BRO!!
have those drums been tuned yet? lol. Also he should have used lighter sticks or a different ride because it kind of hides you. You sound good, my primary instrument is cello and second is drumset if you couldnt tell. I hope you're still jamming.
Having your mute on the strings below the bridge doesn't change the way the instrument sounds, and is just a place a lot of cellists, myself included, just keep it. That way, when you need to use it, you can just slide it up and on top of the bridge, then just slide it back down when you are done!

I just feel that the cello should be a bit louder and the drums were a bit too loud, the bass could've been a bit louder too.
