That's an easy one. Every character that DCEU did well has never appeared in Arrowverse - Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Shazam. So for anyone comparable, Arrowverse hands down.
The problem with the DCEU is not so much characterisation, but really poor writing. All of their actors had great potential. I would even go so far as to say that Jesse Eisenberg was a great choice for Lex Luthor, and could have really excelled in his role with a script that was a little more on character.

The DCEU’s version of Lex Luthor could potentially be a great Joker because of his eccentric behavior. The Arrowverse version of Lex Luthor has a sort of suave cockiness to him.
Just different versions- the DCEU. Was closer to how Luther was originally presented in the comics. He also seemed to embody what a man with extremely high intelligence would act- spitting out words that he doesn’t realize most people can’t follow . But I like them both.

Comparing the Arrowverse and the DC-EU is like comparing Battlefront 2 2005 with Battlefront 2 2017. Sure, the more recent one has an INSANE budget, tons of support, a giant company backing it, but... it turns out to be bad. It can't compare to the thing that started it on its journey.
The *real* score of this video should be *8-3* (in Arrowverse's favor) I dropped all the characters who barely had any screentime in one of the universes because it's entirely unfair to compare someone who has appeared in multiple episodes to someone who had less than a minute of screentime. The 6 characters I dropped (in order) are: -Superman's dad -Superman's mom -General Zod -Harley Quinn -Barry's dad -Slade Wilson By my own admission, I have not seen all of the DCEU movies or Arrowverse episodes so if you feel another character has too little screentime to be considered let me know and I will drop them from this list. (I feel like less than 5 minutes of screentime should be the cutoff requirement.)
John Wesley Ship is AWESOME. He plays literally multiple roles in The Flash! Let's count: E-90 Flash, Barry's Dad, E-3 Flash. He also uses a very similar costume with E-90 flash and his costume in An old 90's flash series, It's more than similar, I think the new one was 100% based on the older one, and made some improvements.
I like DCEU Superman better because he’s much more powerful and I like the way the DCEU portrays him pretty much like an unstoppable force to where arrow verse has him to be less powerful than Supergirl but both supermen are pretty good actors I just prefer Henry Cavill
In my opinion Super Girl and Super Man should switch roles in the arrowverse because the arrowverse Superman is kinda underwhelming the way they portray him, it feels like supergirl represents hope more than Superman but that’s just an opinion.

DCEU would have to produce something REALLY amazing to top the Reverse Flash from the Arrowverse. Granted, the show had a lot longer to develop the rivalry and the personal connection, but Tom Cavanagh (whom I previously only knew from the Yogi Bear movie and as JD’s brother in Scrubs) can go from cheerful to menacing at the snap of a finger. Matt Letscher isn’t as compelling, though. And if they use Zoom (who’s technically the same character in the comics, if I’m not mistaken), he better be as pants-shittingly scary as he was on TV. Tony Todd’s voice can be scary as hell
I'll start by saying reverse flash aka professor zoom and zoom are different characters in the comics, professor zoom was barry Allen's villian while normal zoom is wally wests villian, but I do think it will be hard to top the arrow verse reverse flash, given the right actor, it could change your mind. Especially if the flash movie is flashpoint. Then we could see reverse flash be played amazingly in the dceu, we can only hope tho. Personally I like both, but I'd love to see a successful dc on the big screen
It's a stalemate between the both of them. Henry Cavill is very good at Superman, but I kind of liked how Hoechlin acted as Clark Kent better. He acted like the same jumpy Clark Kent I was used to from the comics.
Smallville's Lex Luther is the best actor who has ever played Lex (better than current TV Lex). Just watch the reruns and you will see why. Lots of people who have seen Smallville will likely agree! For current series Grant Gustin in Flash, this actor is one of the reasons this show is great! Pretty good stories also and supporting cast. Ratings had been better than Supergirl I have heard. Terry Hatcher who played Lois in the 90s Lois and Clark for those old enough to have watched it is the best Lois, and about equal to Lois in Smallville who was also great. Current actress of Lois - undecided, they have big shoes to fill, and very different personalities of Lois of past series.
Personally I believe that screen time is an unfair factor for a character to be added to this list there were a few characters that definitely should not have been added for how little screen time they had in one universe or the other. If there is barely anything to compare it to its unfair either way.

Superman is the biggest FAIL here. Wooden Cavill was a limited actor given poor material to work with. Hoechilin is a good actor given CRINGE material to work with. Tyler wins, but not by much. Superman has become a joke DC. For shame.

Each season of The Flash has 23 episodes which are 43 minutes long each so that's about 6923 minutes or 288 hours of show time vs a movie that is usually 2-3 hours and leaves out a crap ton of detail about the character that the movie is even about. Lets talk again when there's like 4 movies.

I like DCEU Superman better because he’s much more powerful and I like the way the DCEU portrays him pretty much like an unstoppable force to where arrow verse has him to be less powerful than Supergirl but both supermen are pretty good actors I just prefer Henry Cavill

The guy who played Dead Jimmy in BVS didn't look much like traditionally Jimmy Olsen either. Olsen isn't a built, heroic military type.
DCEU would have to produce something REALLY amazing to top the Reverse Flash from the Arrowverse. Granted, the show had a lot longer to develop the rivalry and the personal connection, but Tom Cavanagh (whom I previously only knew from the Yogi Bear movie and as JD’s brother in Scrubs) can go from cheerful to menacing at the snap of a finger. Matt Letscher isn’t as compelling, though.
And if they use Zoom (who’s technically the same character in the comics, if I’m not mistaken), he better be as pants-shittingly scary as he was on TV. Tony Todd’s voice can be scary as hell
I'll start by saying reverse flash aka professor zoom and zoom are different characters in the comics, professor zoom was barry Allen's villian while normal zoom is wally wests villian, but I do think it will be hard to top the arrow verse reverse flash, given the right actor, it could change your mind. Especially if the flash movie is flashpoint. Then we could see reverse flash be played amazingly in the dceu, we can only hope tho. Personally I like both, but I'd love to see a successful dc on the big screen

It's a stalemate between the both of them. Henry Cavill is very good at Superman, but I kind of liked how Hoechlin acted as Clark Kent better. He acted like the same jumpy Clark Kent I was used to from the comics.

Smallville's Lex Luther is the best actor who has ever played Lex (better than current TV Lex). Just watch the reruns and you will see why. Lots of people who have seen Smallville will likely agree!
For current series Grant Gustin in Flash, this actor is one of the reasons this show is great! Pretty good stories also and supporting cast. Ratings had been better than Supergirl I have heard. Terry Hatcher who played Lois in the 90s Lois and Clark for those old enough to have watched it is the best Lois, and about equal to Lois in Smallville who was also great. Current actress of Lois - undecided, they have big shoes to fill, and very different personalities of Lois of past series.

Personally I believe that screen time is an unfair factor for a character to be added to this list there were a few characters that definitely should not have been added for how little screen time they had in one universe or the other. If there is barely anything to compare it to its unfair either way.

Fun note: If WB treat the DCEU/World's of DC like they do the Arrowverse or at least set it up with individual films like Wonder Woman, Aquaman, or Shazam, etc it will be fine. 'Cause as of now Marvel is kicking everybody's bums but especially DC since they completely burned, failed, and almost destroyed the respectable, good, honourable reputation that WB built for their beloved characters such as Superman, Batman, Lex Luthor, Doomsday's, etc... The WB exes just went nuts and tried to do too much, too soon...😣😣😣
But hey! Look on the bright side: At least we got a number of good DC movies: MOS ( not a good interpretation of the character but an ok film for some), Wonder Woman (A, 9/10), Aquaman (B+, 9.5/10), and Shazam (A, 9.5/10). Then we got Joker, which from what I heard from critics is good and Oscar worthy...🙉🙉🙉🎉🎉🎉 Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn, which I think is as a film going to be ok and as a superhero film will be faithful to who those characters are, Wonder Woman 84 is going to be epic: Easily a $1,000,000 movie proving that WW wasn't a fluke. The Batman is guaranteed to be at least $1.5 billion movie,DC Super Pets probably won't be much, if not live action. It should do $250 million (if animated) and $360 million (if live action), The Suicide Squad directed by James Gunn is going to be by my estimations $900 Million at most and will be bright, fun, violent, and most importantly good and finally Aquaman 2 directed by James Wanna who did a great job with Arthur Curry Aquaman; although I do want to see alot less exposition - treating and overly explaining things to the audiences as though they're 5 yrs old, more constant tone (even though I felt it had context within the film if you choose to see it) some people complained about that, and more expansion on his world. Just show us and not overly explain things kinda like Black Panther. So all things is better than what we got in phrase 1 of the DCEU/World's of DC.

Superman is the biggest FAIL here. Wooden Cavill was a limited actor given poor material to work with. Hoechilin is a good actor given CRINGE material to work with. Tyler wins, but not by much. Superman has become a joke DC. For shame.

Each season of The Flash has 23 episodes which are 43 minutes long each so that's about 6923 minutes or 288 hours of show time vs a movie that is usually 2-3 hours and leaves out a crap ton of detail about the character that the movie is even about. Lets talk again when there's like 4 movies.
