Agree. People often put The Thinker lower than he should be because they hate the season. Put bias aside you realize how powerful he is. In fact, it was because how overpowered he was the season and especially the ending was a mess. To give you an example. The Thinker's planning capability was far above Batman's and Dr. Doom's, and he also possess some of the most powerful superpowers as well (as already mentioned in this video), along with technology at his disposal. In comics, the negative speed force feeds over the positive one. It's possible Reverse-Flash taps into the Negative Speed-Force of that time that is a bit stronger than the positive speed force which signifies how fast Barry is.
My list is totally different. And I can justify it but if you don’t agree pls tell me ur opinion 1. Savitar - bcoz he is from the future he has already beaten many of Barry’s foes and can beat them again. flash time ability allows him to kill anyone including devoe and mallus 2. Cicada II (with dagger) - she can dampen any meta powers leaving them human including devoe and has super strength. She can also move dark matter. 3. Reverse flash - flash time ability allows him to kill anyone including devoe and mallus 4. Zoom - flash time ability allows him to kill anyone including devoe and mallus 5. Thinker - not much to say just can beat everyone below this list. 6. Mallus - incredibly powerful with super strength 7. Reign - really powerful. Never defeated by supergirl in a fight. 8. Lex Luthor - with suit he can beat any kryptonian except reign bcoz she is still strong while effected. 9. Non - strong but weakest kryptonian till now. 10. Neron - compared to mallus he is nothing. We never saw a big fight for him and he was not even much of a threat. Rivalry between legends was soooo forced apart from Constantine. But show is called legends not Constantine so they should have done a legends villain. 11. Vandal Savage - immortal but in a 1v1 he can’t beat anyone above. Would struggle to beat Rhea only coz she can’t fight. 12. Rhea - weakest supergirl villain. Can’t beat anyone above. 13. Damien Darkh - with magic. Won’t be able to do telekinesis on villains above because they are so strong they can break through his force. 14. Deathstroke - with mirukuru he is basically unbeatable 15. Ra’s - best fighter 16. Diaz - good fighter and equivalent to Oliver. 17. Prometheus - good fighter and equivalent to Oliver 18. Dark archer - not that powerful. Defeated easily by Oliver in S4 but Oliver couldn’t beat Diaz so it proves Diaz is stronger. 19. Emiko - good fighter but easy match for Oliver. Legion of doom is not included because they will basically be one rank above reverse flash as Thawne alone is really powerful but him and 2 assassins will be more harder to beat.
But this is not the comic book lol. And in the comic book, Zoom was nemezis of Wally West not Barry Allen. This is the best rank for speedsters and their speed: 1. Black Flash (yeah maybe it's not fair to put him there but it's true. He's the fastest cause he has both SF and negative SF in himself and he can run as fast as he wants) 2. Flash and the Reverse Flash (it's obviously, Negative speed force absorbs ordinary sf so they'll always equal to each other) 3. Savitar 4. Kid Flash ( Here is the thing. Barry in season 3 was faster than Zoom right ? And Wally in season 3 was faster than Barry, remember that test with Jessie when Wally had to be fast enough to reach Savitar when he'll be killing Iris ? He was clearly faster than Barry there) 5. No Prometheus did much more damage, and Slade was badass but a drugged Giant baby. Prometheus' was different from any other Villian. He breaks and mentally destroyed olliver, and all of this even his suicide was his plan. Even in season 6 he damages Olliver. Prometheus was the reason why Olliver Does not trusted his mates in Season 6. Remember what Prometheus:"You know how Easy was to turn evelyn against you, how Easy to turn them all".
I think Grace is tied with him without the dagger because she can deflect things fast af, and control people with the dark matter that comes out her hands although I think she would need the dagger for force fields and to Pierce his skin

Vandal savage probaly one of my favourite villains, so I was very glad to see him return in legends in the final episode but its not confirmed that he’s coming back but people like hitler will so maybe he will as well

In session one the only reason the reverse Flash was slower than Barry is that he had lost some of his powers because he had to use the time machine and the tacion enhancer but the other reverse from session 5 Is just as fast as Barry
So in the comics the reverse flash's speed is directly linked to Barry's. Theres been no evidence against this, but plenty to subtlety support it in the show so it can be assumed correct. It's because the negative speed force eats the speed force which Barry creats/generates as he's running
I think that the Thinker is extremely powerful and a formidable opponent but the Reverse Flash is still unable to die and we see him in season 5 as he tricks Nora Allen into freeing himself and killing herself. The Thinker died.

Prometheus is not as physically powerful as the others but he does have genius intellect. He completely breaks the Green Arrow and is 10 steps ahead of him throughout the entire season.
I think Prometheus is stronger than emiko in the fact that the ninth circle is weak and if he new about them could destroy all of it if he felt like doing so,because he's so smart you just give him time to make a plan and boom there gone

Am I the only one thinking that Nora was sssssuuuuupppppeeeerrrrr fast when she was syphoning the Negative Speedforce? Because she had both Purple and Red lightning then, which means she was using both the negative and positive speedforce, which might just make her fast enough to double both Barry’s and Thawne’s Top Speed at her full potential (or she would’ve) because of using both kinds of speedforce which means she could theoretically use both to the fullest (or so far fullest) potential
Finally someone who ranked perfectly. Of course devoe is strongest. Devoes wife said in 22 or 23 episode of s4 that his husband created powers which combination made him immortal
RF is really powerfull and probably my favourite villain in the arrowverse, but Devo aka the Thinker has 13 really op powers and he is far more powerfull than anyone else except for team flash of course.. I also pretty much like the Anti-monitor that is really powerfull too but he is not the season big bad if we are not counting crisis on infinite earths as a series!
Here is the problem with this, cicada v2 should be able to outdo almost any of the speedsters, and before anyone complains, just rememberbullets aren't very good against her, she does not need the dagger to kill meta humans, it just boosts her powers greatly, cicada can fly, moving at incredibly fast speeds when she does, her shard in her head giving her so much dark matter that something like a cure or power dampening cuffs would fail, and for fairness, she should be closer to the top 5, seeing how realistically she could probably take on the likes of some of super girls enemies, even though they are not metas

This has nothing to do with the ranking of power video but can we all be honest and say that season 5 arrow saved it from being cancelled? Prometheius single handly was the most frightening and crazy villain there was. He mad Oliver admit to enjoying killing while having people on his team turn on him and also killing Oliver's sons mother. He also took his own life so Oliver never really beat him. Season 5 of Arrow has been my favorite of all of Arrowverse. Then Ricardo was phenomenal as well. Ricardo I didn't expect much from until he became the main villain halfway through the show. He was just crazy and I loved it. Arrow really was in the dark depths with the whole Season 3 and 4 villains (they shall not be named) but then they turned it around. It's sad it's ending this fall.

Honestly Future Flash is the greatest villian of all time. He can litterly go back in time and change history to whatever he wants it to be. He can make it so you were not even born, or that you become the richest man in the world or a homeless bum with nothing. If you think about it he can tweak the smallest things to make sure he gets the outcome he wants because he has infinite chances to get it exactly right.

10. Neron - compared to mallus he is nothing. We never saw a big fight for him and he was not even much of a threat. Rivalry between legends was soooo forced apart from Constantine. But show is called legends not Constantine so they should have done a legends villain.
11. Vandal Savage - immortal but in a 1v1 he can’t beat anyone above. Would struggle to beat Rhea only coz she can’t fight.
12. Rhea - weakest supergirl villain. Can’t beat anyone above.
13. Damien Darkh - with magic. Won’t be able to do telekinesis on villains above because they are so strong they can break through his force.
14. Deathstroke - with mirukuru he is basically unbeatable
15. Ra’s - best fighter
16. Diaz - good fighter and equivalent to Oliver.
17. Prometheus - good fighter and equivalent to Oliver
18. Dark archer - not that powerful. Defeated easily by Oliver in S4 but Oliver couldn’t beat Diaz so it proves Diaz is stronger.
19. Emiko - good fighter but easy match for Oliver.
Legion of doom is not included because they will basically be one rank above reverse flash as Thawne alone is really powerful but him and 2 assassins will be more harder to beat.

No Prometheus did much more damage, and Slade was badass but a drugged Giant baby. Prometheus' was different from any other Villian. He breaks and mentally destroyed olliver, and all of this even his suicide was his plan. Even in season 6 he damages Olliver. Prometheus was the reason why Olliver Does not trusted his mates in Season 6. Remember what Prometheus:"You know how Easy was to turn evelyn against you, how Easy to turn them all".
Cicada is the only villain who can beat Devoe, only because the dagger will take away his intelligence and power and leave him vulnerable
I think Grace is tied with him without the dagger because she can deflect things fast af, and control people with the dark matter that comes out her hands although I think she would need the dagger for force fields and to Pierce his skin

Season 5 RF was super fast because the negative speedforce was siphoning off of two speedsters, and Barry's connection was way faster this time around too.
The negative speed force drains the speedforce its self and the only one who generates more speedforce is barry so he can only go as fast as barry
In session one the only reason the reverse Flash was slower than Barry is that he had lost some of his powers because he had to use the time machine and the tacion enhancer but the other reverse from session 5 Is just as fast as Barry

So in the comics the reverse flash's speed is directly linked to Barry's. Theres been no evidence against this, but plenty to subtlety support it in the show so it can be assumed correct. It's because the negative speed force eats the speed force which Barry creats/generates as he's running
I think that the Thinker is extremely powerful and a formidable opponent but the Reverse Flash is still unable to die and we see him in season 5 as he tricks Nora Allen into freeing himself and killing herself. The Thinker died.

RF is really powerfull and probably my favourite villain in the arrowverse, but Devo aka the Thinker has 13 really op powers and he is far more powerfull than anyone else except for team flash of course.. I also pretty much like the Anti-monitor that is really powerfull too but he is not the season big bad if we are not counting crisis on infinite earths as a series!
The Thinker is my fave villain he is so cool and powerful Damien Darhk looks like him too so can’t wait to see him in Arrow Season 4

Here is the problem with this, cicada v2 should be able to outdo almost any of the speedsters, and before anyone complains, just rememberbullets aren't very good against her, she does not need the dagger to kill meta humans, it just boosts her powers greatly, cicada can fly, moving at incredibly fast speeds when she does, her shard in her head giving her so much dark matter that something like a cure or power dampening cuffs would fail, and for fairness, she should be closer to the top 5, seeing how realistically she could probably take on the likes of some of super girls enemies, even though they are not metas

This has nothing to do with the ranking of power video but can we all be honest and say that season 5 arrow saved it from being cancelled? Prometheius single handly was the most frightening and crazy villain there was. He mad Oliver admit to enjoying killing while having people on his team turn on him and also killing Oliver's sons mother. He also took his own life so Oliver never really beat him. Season 5 of Arrow has been my favorite of all of Arrowverse. Then Ricardo was phenomenal as well. Ricardo I didn't expect much from until he became the main villain halfway through the show. He was just crazy and I loved it. Arrow really was in the dark depths with the whole Season 3 and 4 villains (they shall not be named) but then they turned it around. It's sad it's ending this fall.

Honestly Future Flash is the greatest villian of all time. He can litterly go back in time and change history to whatever he wants it to be.
He can make it so you were not even born, or that you become the richest man in the world or a homeless bum with nothing.
