I’m in the US and adore Costco- they treat their employees well, pat well and it’s a great company to work for unlike Walmart and the such. Always love seeing how other countries differ ❤ thanks for the video
One reason I don't do these membership stores anymore is that I feel like people go a bit crazy and spend more than they ever would anywhere else. I get the savings and if that's appealing to people go for it. I was a member of Sam's Club for awhile but once the graduations and engagement parties were over I just didn't feel the need to go there. These stores are usually further away and I like the convenience of my neighborhood stores.
Fun haul! We are also only two, and we have a large house with plenty of storage, we do buy things like tp, paper towels, tissues and cleaning supplies. Also, vitamins, protein bars and frozen Salmon and Cod. Storage of the tp and extra items may be challenging. My mother had a small house, she stored tp on a shelf that was build high above an out of the way doorway. You can also store things in your suitcases and under the bed, behind the sofa or baskets on top of your cabinets, or baskets that are big enough to use as a side or coffee table.
I thought the Staub was a very good price! I do prefer using a Staub over a Le Creuset for stews and braised dishes because the nubs on the lid create condensation. Self-basting! Maybe an idea for your next video . Thanks for sharing your haul, I enjoyed that so much!
I love your Costco haul, it is one of my favorite grocery stores. We were just at ours yesterday, one hour away but they are building one about 15 minutes away. It is hard to pass up the good buys. We used to have a extra freezer but now we are living in Florida and no room for one, so we buy less there😢! Love your sense of humor when you were explaining the reasons why you bought the things. Also enjoy seeing Jean!!
Fun videos! I enjoyed seeing the difference between France and US. Our store in Texas has quite a few French products, the same ones you showed in the store! The pull apart cheese bread is fun for a party.
Staub in the US is very close to the price of Le Cruset and I like it better. Love the style and the fun knobs you can get for the lid. I haven't been able to afford either of them yet. THAT is a great price for that piece.
your excitement is contagious! oh, my...remembering your apartment tour and trying to think where it will all go! that's my issue with costco runs and I live in a 1600 sq foot house (albeit, 1901, no storage) and have a small chest freezer. if you think of creative ways to store/hide, pls share ;)
You are adorable and I loved watching you show us your Costco haul 😊 Your excitement was infectious and I admit I get the same way when I have a good Costco haul😂 Greetings from Colorado❤️
Oh gosh, the bagels! 😅😅 I was just in Switzerland and my partner was so excited to tell me they got a bagel place in town. We went for breakfast one day and I was very sad to learn the bagels were FOR LUNCH and used like buns for sandwiches …! I was so disappointed and confused 😅 So glad you found the syrup! Good to know!
I saw shopping through new eyes with you! Your youth, joy, and enthusiasm is just plain fun! You got some great stuff, but you’ll have to have friends over for cake…
This was def a fun video to watch. I have a Costco one exit away. I go there weekly to fill my car with gas bc it’s so much cheaper than at a regular gas station. But I can go in there & buy just one thing or I can go crazy like u just did. lol 😂
There was a sale last few weeks at Le Bon Marché, a Staub pot 26cm light green with golden handle (my fav color💚) was on sale for the same price (if not cheaper, I think 140e?). The Le Creuset was also on sale (and more colors to choose) in more sizes but more expensive. I didn't buy staub cuz I'm visting Germany soon and my friend bought staub at 70% off in German department stores since Staub is acutally owned by Zwillings, a German brand, so... technically, Staub is German...but made in France.
You must be disciplined to separate all the food into portions then vacuum seal it with a food saver. That’s a game changer and nothing goes to waste. Even his popcorn could have been separated 3 times and resealed. 😊
Just FYI…there is a boycott going on for Kelloggs bc the CEO told ppl that can’t afford food to just eat cereal for dinner. And of course this did not go over well. So no more Kelloggs!!!!
Ya ok so just because you want deal on dish soup. Your ok to spend 600.00 Euros. 🙄🙄. Costco roped you in. You see that. Rather than just buying regular price or more on dish soap here your got fooled. 🙄

It's a cast iron Dutch oven. Great for soups, casseroles. You will love it.
And making breads!
and the size is perfect for two or 6.

Arielle, you got some amazing deals! The bagels for one had me cracking up! Maybe Jean would like them with mascarpone and jam? lol
You are adorable and I loved watching you show us your Costco haul 😊

Greetings from Colorado❤️
On the bagels cut them in half than put them into the freezer. They do freeze well!!!
Babybels are actually French so you can enjoy your guilty pleasure without the guilt 😝😉

Love your haul! You could get your mom to send you a box or two of red velvet cake mix. They sell them here in Toronto
or bake your own...Ina Gartners's recipe is top notch.
Your pot is called a Dutch Oven in the US. I have 2 and I love them. They are wonderful for stews, pan frying, roasting meat and baking bread.

Can you buy online? We do in the US and it is so convenient. It would also save you the price of the car rental 🤩
Now you know why it was so crowded on that Saturday! You really got some good deals. ❤
😂😂. I could totally relate to your excitement. I lived overseas for 6yrs and when we could find items from home in stores it really did bring joy. 😂
The babybells are in the US Costco as well. And sometimes they even go on sale. It is insane.
I have the same Staub Cocotte, there have been a few times that I wish I had gotten the larger one but it's a very good, usable size.
Ok perfect ! Thank you for sharing ☺️
How was the pre-packaged meal?
€36 for a membership is a great deal! They just raised the regular membership price to $65 in the U.S.
The english word for "commerce équitable" would be fairtrade, I guess.

Omg this broke my heart 😂 but I’m so glad you got a good deal and thank you for sharing !!!
I feel like most atores do carry rectangular pillows too, though the variety is lower than the square ones
Le red velvet de Costco est tellement bon, vous allez adorer. Je suis un peu jalouse. Nous en avons seulement en automne ici au Québec.
Great deals, but where are you going to put it all!?
You need to have a bagel brunch and invite friends over😔

loves it !
the next video should be about finding a good gym and trying new diet
"Seulement avec les capsules lave-vaisselle, la carte est remboursée :)
You are my sister , from another Mister !!
Will be interesting to know if you find room for it all and also able to eat all without any waste ??
Love all you share ❤
❤
Did you win the lottery?
I just subscribe
Le Creuset is all made in China now😣😣😣
NO WAY 😮 I’m shocked !!! I double checked the staub before buying that it was 100% made in France omg that’s so scandalous 😂
You haven't bought many items, how did you spent 600 euros?
Just FYI…there is a boycott going on for Kelloggs bc the CEO told ppl that can’t afford food to just eat cereal for dinner. And of course this did not go over well. So no more Kelloggs!!!!
Isn't bidenomics great 👌
@@alk3078🤡
@@alk3078unless Biden also runs the rest of the world , it’s not him.
It’s WORLD inflation, dumb bunny
Or because of the people dying in Palestine. 😢
You would hope being from North America you would embrace the food culture in France instead of being excited for our garbage we call food.
