I think the judge is frustrated coz the defense is not bringing it on. Court is about proving. The theories we have may be the truth, but if cannot be proven on the court of law, justice for the Meyiwa family will remain an illusion.

Even if I was a judge I would ask the same questions. If there were no break in, the defence must give evidence there of. Apparently every witness has mentioned a break in. That's unanimous. And the defence lawyers are dwelling of flimsy grounds that can't change the real direction of the case. the defence is not doing any justice to this case , they keep on hammering on immaterial things and creating a version that seeks to suggest that there was a plot to kill senzo and that is gonna put accused persons in a lot of trouble when they come to testify as they wont be able to sustain their version.at some point when tefo was still in the case he said kelly is the one whot shot Senzo and now this version.
The Makhelwane has made things even more difficult for the defence lawyers bcoz by confirming the chaos, he has confirmed the incident. He talks about Ma Phiri, another Makhelwane, this has little bearing on changing the course of the case.

The Judge is only saying Zandi said she went out to find help; so the Defense cannot say they left Senzo to Die. They need to prove it that he was left there to Die....and if they prove it then the Judge can hold Zandi against her testimony and tell her she was lying...if we can get all those who were inside to come and tell their reason of leaving Senzo unattended the Judge might find holes in their testimonials and the truth will then come forth

The Khumalo's are powerful, they have captured the Judge and the prosecutor. They get upset sometimes the lawyers asking key questions. And they don't even hide that they believe Zandile to the fact that the Khumalo's are innocent.

Not at all.... The judge is neutral not taking sides. But he sees all the loopholes and the cooked story. We will wait for the final response from the judge BUT what i see is that the judge wants a speedy, and straight forward or direct questions from the lawyers because our President has asked him to speed-up this criminal case.

the defence is not doing any justice to this case , they keep on hammering on immaterial things and creating a version that seeks to suggest that there was a plot to kill senzo and that is gonna put accused persons in a lot of trouble when they come to testify as they wont be able to sustain their version.at some point when tefo was still in the case he said kelly is the one whot shot Senzo and now this version.
