A lot of work to be done there especially with what's happening at Fiji rugby HQ but we Fijians have our fingers, legs and eyes 🤣 crossed! It will happen!
@@chadkerei6217 I think France might have a different opinion on your comment. Their scrums help up well against Australia, etc too in the last world cup & the line outs have improved too. Our fowards are playing in premier competitions in Europe and elsewhere. Fiji can win the world cup if they want and there's always room for improvement.
@@chadkerei6217 Hehe! Makes me wonder...when was the last time they won a world cup? Aah, I'm a die hard fan. Fiji will win some day. Who do you think will win this year?
Mussa Fari The NZ 7's team have won 12 world series since its inception in 1999. Fiji has only won 3 times. New Zealand has won the Commonwealth Games 7's gold medal 5 times (although Fiji only participated in 3 of those C'wealth Games), with Fiji failing to win gold at all. Fiji & NZ have each won 2 Rugby World Cup titles apiece. Fiji have won the premier Hong Kong 7's tournament 18 times compared to New Zealand's 11 wins. Fiji leads NZ in Olympic tournaments having won the inaugural 2016 gold medal. So New Zealand on paper appears to have the better record and the best claim for the title of the world's all-time, most dominant rugby sevens team, not Fiji. #StatsDONTlie
Mussa Fari ☺️☺️ Algudz Lion, but credit where it's due - Fijians were born to play 7's: perfect physiques, flair, spatial awareness, instincts and god-given ball skills but, NZ is the real G.O.A.T of 7's 🇳🇿🇫🇯
SolosoloAfaluko stats against each other Fiji leads that...and like you said...if fiji had been competing in all the commonwealth as NZ no doubt they will also beat them there...lol
It has absolutely NOTHING whatsoever to do with lack of funding. Even when rugby was amateur Fiji were unsuccessful in 15-a-side rugby. 15's rugby is way too structured, tactical, game-plan driven and technical for the average, casual Fijian footy mindset. The way 7's offers up more field space, less on-field opponents, an open, free-flowing and loosely structured set-up is more tailored to the Fijian instinct. 💯% TRUTH. THE END.
@@SolosoloAfaluko it also has to do with funding moron. The Fiji rugby union union committee don't have enough money to get their big players from overseas to play for them like koroibete, naholo, Kerevi and so on and so forth. Even naholo and other Fijian players playing for overseas team stated this themselves. They said they need to put food on the table which is why they play for overseas teams. Plus stop comparing Fijian 15s players to that of the players from the 90s. It's extremely clear that Fijian natives are far better than they were back then which is why other countries hire them to play for their national teams.
@@SolosoloAfaluko once again your lack of rugby knowledge has let you down because funding remains one of the biggest setbacks for Tier 2 rugby nations....of course you would not know that because the palagis are doing all the work for you guys...facts bruh....🤣🤣🤣
Marcus Sinclair not even referring to that more so his lack of explosiveness these days, he hasn't got the speed and acceleration anymore and he's also one of the smaller guys. What's disappointing for me is for a guy with his level of experience he's often out of position of making dumb plays
"raiasi is equall in terms of pace" LOL dont know what game his watching!! all i see is he getting smocked by a much bigger guy!!! NZ commentators always biast
NZ doesn't do too bad for a country that spends no money on playing 7's. It's basically a matter of "Bro! You wanna play sevens this week?"... "Yeh sweet as cuz, no worries, where are we playing?"... "Hong Kong Bro".... "Chur Bro, see you there".... Chur, what possie am I playing?"... "Any possie you want Bro".... "Chur!"
Absolutely! Its as simple as that, we play for the fun of the game now we getting payed its even getting more funny. Its the reason why Teams that spend so much $$$$$$ on their teams feel the loss when they lose! Imagine what type of rugby Fiji would be playing if we even had the same facilities as these major rugby playing countries have eg NZ & Australia?.
I can watch them all day 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Rugby is in our blood... With offloads... No look pass... Side steps... You name it.. We are the king of sevens... 💖💖💖
mara kadavu amen..
you fellas school us at 7's respect
Go! Fiji...from Hawaii 👍
Without fiji seven's team... Sevens game will be boring....✌✌✌💖💖💖
Chris Perkins bro just look at the other teams where did they learn all those offloads and all you name it...???
Namuraki newzealand❤❤❤
I wish you could dominate 15 like the sevens,
Jo Too low my thoughts exactly

Fiji rugby 7s is entertaining & electrifying 🇫🇯🇫🇯🇫🇯🇫🇯🇫🇯
best in the world
Tuisova!!..Rayasi is a 6'7 winger for Auckland Marist.
I film for them the premiers.
Then that makes Tuisova's try even more impressive.
That said, Rayasi should make a helluva winger in the near future! Super 14 soon?
Fiji got a solid team farr just to Good aye. Good win, well deserved.
