Respect to Fiji.
From Ireland.
Was a very intense game that could have gone either way!.. hats of to both teams!. Vinaka Fiji 🇫🇯
Indeed..
Indeed
How did 3 match officials plus TMO miss that MASSIVE forward pass to Rokolisoa ???😮
Good job that Fiji 🇫🇯 Won ! 👍
AT least 5 yards forward, troubling to say the least
Best game I have seen of any sport this year so far! WOW!!!
The two young boys will learn a lot from the last 2 games, ball retentions. Would Lio have got that try in the corner or maybe side step the Fijian defender if he was not injured??Awesome game and well deserve Fiji.
Unbelievable.....why did he kick it! Man was free on his inside. His Team mate was not happy.
Young player. Little bit more patience they score. Shocking kick. The other guys looked pissed
I see why NZ have been on top this season. They’ve had the same consistent squad together for years and their forwards are all way bigger than Fiji’s so they can dominate the breakdown. Guys like Collier, Ware, Curry, Molia and Dixon have been there for 10 years now. Mikkelson 15 years.
I think that’s why they lost. This season in particular is usually a smaller line up bar collier molia starting albeit when this match was played they’ve already won the series. Rush is a bench player too
They’re both the same size 😂 only difference is age 😂
@@marknave8111 The Fijian forwards are skinnier. NZ players clearly have more muscle on them.
@@marknave8111 nah coconut, you tripping,. go cook some taro
So true, Fiji have to recruit big and skills forwards like ICE KATONIBAU, JASA, DAKUWAQA, MATA... so many short players can't retain the kick off.
But vinaka Fiji
What a game!... I could watch that multiple times.
Wow what a game! Fiji never gave up, dam that NZ team is amazing though!
Cracking game. Thanks for not putting spoilers in the title for this vid.
obrigado pelos melhores momentos do jogo.
Take a bow to this two great teams.. Never say die attitude is just awesome to watch.
Congrats Fiji on the win, but a bigger congrats to NZ winning the series.
It's been a while and consistency was key this year.
Well done Lads.
This was a match fit for the grand Final even better.
CONGRATULATIONS NEW ZEALAND!!!! Way too good this season. World Series Champions once more!!!!!
Fiji win
probs one of the best games ive seen since covid started
greatest team in HSBC sevens history
@Anonymous you’re joking right 😂
@@lllllllllll11llllllllll 2 gold medals bro
@Anonymous we not allowed opinions now ?
NZ 4 Life 🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿
Yep and World Sevens Series champs too. New Zealand no. 1
Polynesian vibes game right here !!! At the end one thing every poly knows is we’re brothers no matter what..💯🍻
What a game!!!!! see you in the final Fiji👍. Vamos Pumas!!!
The best 7s match between these two!
Just goes to show that having a firm grip on the ball is vital to scoring points: well done Fiji.
The forward pass by New Zealand was just like a normal pass in front of the eyes of the official.
Intense stuff! A touch of karma as how NZ got past France in their QF. mistake NZ made was at the end of the 1st. half with their Penalty. Should've set up a drop goal attempt. Get it, 15-0 up. Miss it ball goes dead, so still 12-0 up. Take away those 7points Fiji scored after the NZ penalty, NZ through.
You said what I thought
Iove watching this game..should expect this kind of game this2 champ always provide..go fiji go
Indeed one of the best matches I`ve watched in my lifetime.
Well done Fiji. Heartbreaking finish.

Well done Fiji. A great game.
A warning to all Teams that Fiji just woke up preparing for to make it 3 in a row for the 7s Olympics.
Nah... The coach needs to change his TACTICS... his game setup is all over the place... Not Like Sir Ben Ryan and Gareth Babber... Ben Gollings Needs to go back to the ROOTS of the Fast and Free Flowing Rugby with OFLOADS and SUPPORT 101 %
Pumas are the champions, but what game is this!?!? So exiting!!! My respects from both.
Still there are many rooms of improvement needed. See the smaller props on how they struggle to anchor scrums. Regathering balls during new kicks is still a problem. There are no crunching tackles of Katonibau, Derenalagi, Vakurunabili and some other bigger boys. The off loads is still not noted but little improvement seen resulted in a try to a forward player. Breakdown are contested by two Fijians to one NZ player. Fitness to me has improved alittle and look at how Mocenacagi played showed this and he will get his kown form and style of play in the future under Cawanibuka programs. Fiji won this game but again their weaknesses were exposed by Argentina. What can be the best solution?
What a game that was!!❤️
I thought Scott curry backing up Rokolisoa could have backed himself and got there, never mind the most exciting match you could possibly see
What a game.
Congratulations Fiji🎉🔥👏🏾
Oh my Wow!!😮 🎉🎉 Lesko! Go Fiji Go! 🇫🇯
Beautiful match. Intense but beautiful
Such a long rivalry!! Love it
What a game of seven. Congratulations to both teams.
Great game.
7s when it's allowed to flow and not over-officiated is brilliant. Let it have it's own rules and be it's own sport and not treated like an inferior version of 15s. The refs should be 7s refs not 15s refs also because of this. Overall ref'd well in this game.
Interesting how slippery Twickenham is despite all the work on the pitch.
Yesss sir , we are back there will be more jaw dropping let to come Tu ga Tu ge Tu gi
THANK FIJI THAT'S FIGHTING FOR YOUR COUNTRY. A MATTER OF SACRIFICE
Well done Fiji 🇫🇯 👏 👍 🙌
Segundos finales para el infarto!
Thanks for posting,
Well done Fiji. Thank you Karma (for France vs NZ referrer controversy again and again for NZ !!!)
It is the norm of the Rugby World.
Cameraman doing a good job. entertaining viewers😍
Merci Fidji !!!
the breakdown is still being reffed badly....well done Fiji...beating the bad calls too
Totally!
Good lessons for the youngsters, passing is a safer bet than an all or nothing kick, especially on full time! Two tries gone begging.
Credit to mikkleson still showijg hes got it. I do find it curious we lost our streak with our most mature and experienced squad all yr.
I don’t understand why the try-scorers don’t push closer to the posts. They conversions are missed 9/10 attempts.
casi todo Fiyi alentando en la tribuna 😍
Commentators need to understand that what the referees are saying is much more important than their, often, inane chatter. Don't talk over them.
Great game! ⭐️💪
What a game!!!
Congratulations NZ🙏❤️ well done Fiji, try harder. 👏❤
May be justice for the antics in the French game?
My thoughts exactly
Cope
the Fijian game plan is to run through the ABs, the best defensive Team in the series?
I said it last week, and this week I was proven right.
Dickson and Curry are dragging this team down.
If they had someone with the slightest bit of speed in support off that Rokolisoa run in stead of the tortoise Curry, it would have been game set.
Get rid of these two dinosaurs. In Mickleson, Molia, Collier and Amanaki Nicole (when fit) there are enough quality forwards, with enough speed.
Dicksons a beast on defense and around the ruck
😂 are you serious? They just won the Series and had one of the most dominant seasons ever on the circuit 🤷♂️
Have you ever played rugby? Because if you do you wouldn't be obliterating the players especially the ones you've mentioned who have played their hearts out for that black jersey..
@@ablewilling2778 Sure, I am pleasedx for the series win, but I am not blinded by success. These two guys are clearly well past their best - I stand by my remarks.
@@justeazy4449 A total myth. Watch the games more closely from now on.
that's a forward pass 19:44
3 videos i think so far for this game, full, highlights, and another,to bad NZ not win,to make the final 🏴👍
Shocking kick at the end. You don't do those things. Big mistake.
What a match!
That long pass in the last play was forward
If someone has to end our winning streak, let it be Fiji
Well Done Fiji 🎊
Where’s Rodrick Solo 🔥🔥
Bien ahí ❤
Fiji and new Zealand are all Africans 😅we are glad continent...we have come so far...i hope we survive in many tougher games on earth thrown at us...🎉🎉🎉
Vinaka Ganes👏🇫🇯
Dam fiji god are real😯😯
@11:27 How did the ref not pick up that clear forward pass from Maisamoa.... which eventually led to a try?
Cook-Savage's pass to Rokolisoa was also well forward, so nevermind the "taking out the player" tackle to end the match.
These refs have shown, time & again, that they aren't capable of officiating these matches adequately, so either we use TV officials to constantly monitor and link to the on-field ref, or we let AI take over everything so that there's no mistakes.
Fiji gone through to the final while kenyans are out beaten by Uruguay to begin with unbelievable......
lindo partido fuerza pumas 💙🤍💙 💪💪💪
That’s what you call rugby 7
That's what we call karma nz ! Great game by both teams btw
no its not as if nz 7s are in control of the refs and the rules of the game
Thankyou ❤ Fiji
I didn’t know New Zealand had takuaches on their team!?😅😂😂😂
Thats what I called sevens
I'm a casual viewer but I'm left thinking, are there any rules in this format of the game? Just at the end it looked like a massive forward pass followed by a late tackle without the ball. As I say, I don't know the full rules, maybe I'm missing something. Do they use TMO's?
You must be a Salty Kiwi...just appreciate the game bro
@@abetiko1363 did you not read the comment 😂 he’s just asking
@@lllllllllll11llllllllll Just asking? He expounded on the game for a casual observer 🤣🤣
The rule is that the ball needs to be passed with a backward movement of the arms... if the ball happens to travel forward a metre or two (due to running momentum) then that is not what the refs are looking for. As for the late tackle... it was 50-50 in any rugby code. The Fijian player had committed to the tackle with no intention to foul while the NZer still had the ball in hand. 0.5 of a second later the NZer had kicked the ball and the Fijian made contact. It was contentious if you're a NZer... but would have been a harsh call if the ref had handed the game to them for that one.
The defender was already commited to the tackle when brodie from NZ kicked the ball, as for the foward pass, if it was foward they woulda called it right there and then and Fiji would have still won, same result either way...lets just call it a day & Fiji goes through to the grand final and NZ enjoy the series win...everyone goes home happy 👏🏾
That last pass was cleeeearly forward. Dont they make those calls any more? Ive seen more than a couple of those
Those calls are subjective to the different Clubs. New Zealand was programmed to win but someone had different plans. 😇😇😇! 🥳🥳🥳! 😆😆😆!
That Fijian player should've been sent off for going for Nickelsons head after the last Fijian try. Where is the "no going the head" law here??...But regardless, great victory and congrats immensely to FIJI💖💖👍👍
Wananavu boys. Experience experience experience
2:12 in the 2nd half could be a try if Loganimasi ran outside than going back in
Woe what a game
FIJI ES EL PAPÁ DE NUEVA ZELANDA 😅
That head shove on Mikkelson 😮 always around the in goal area if its them or the opponents scoring the Fijians are real dirty individuals...
That rookie Tito Harris cost us right at the end. He didn't keep his head.
I think that one at the end was cook-savage. Tito Harris did try to kick it earlier in the second half when Molia madeva half break down the left edge.
What a scrap as usual !! love them both ❤
Good Match 🏈
The referee was sniffing down the necks of the players.
Fiji for you💪💪💪For Fiji ever Fiji🇫🇯🇫🇯🇫🇯
Congrats to NZ for winning the series but you can clearly see them using dirty tactics though out the last few tournaments. Good example was against France in the Semis. Reminds me me of the USA team when Barrat was still playing (2-3 years ago)
Hallelujah keep worshipping Jesus Christ. Our Lord and saviour bless you always Fiji hallelujah
Jerry tuai could have been played since the beginning of the tournament 😢
This is why All Blacks are so DISCIPLINED through out Rugby’s. Just a small peak of mistakes they out!
Malie Fisi Go get it. Ofa atu🤙🏽
17.41 first time ive ever seen a fijian do something dirty on the field.
Thay was a huge forward to roko
Listen I’ve got some bad news , the Bible says everyone has fallen short of the glory of God through their sin , and the only way to pay for that sin is death, but there is also the good news , For God loved the world so much that he sent his only begotten Son to die on the cross , paying the price for our sins, so that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life .
What's this got to do with rugby?
