the way that dead was, do you think he would have been happy with a "big career"? ppl with big careers aren't always as happy as they thought they'd b. it's fucked up but sometimes it's better for the person, he was suffering & even with help from therapists sometimes ppl r just prolonging the mental or physical anguish or causing different types of issues. not saying that it definitely wouldn't have helped him but you never know until you've done a bunch of shit for years beyond what you were expecting to see & you don't reach whatever "happiness" or whatever expected goals that r set. suicide is selfish yes, but honestly i feel like not letting some1 do it in certain circumstances is selfish too. i'd like it if he were still around, but would he have genuinely liked it?

Amidst his rather naturally high-registered voice, Dead suffices for even the lowest of ranges. His "fry-scream" is so perfect , to such an extent that he does not have to reluctantly rely on a distortion pedal ( HE IS THE DISTORTION , how talented is that?). As cited by euronymous himself: "Dead sounds like a tortured goblin" , - perfect if you ask me. All of you pretentious elitists think that we appreciate dead solely because of his suicide. With or without his apparent death , Dead remains among the most talented vocalists to date.
