Everyone loves bacon, but Hot Bacon Dressing takes it to a new level. It goes great with salads, vegetables, and proteins. It can even be made ahead of time and reheated. What would you pour it over? 🍸

I love all the notes this dressing has! Balance of sweet and sour is such a wonderful thing, and even more so when you bring in the rich umami that bacon adds. This must taste good on so much! Thanks for this Peter!
I make hot bacon dressed often however I never understand our addiction to sugar. I always use onions to help carry the flavor but he egg is new to me. I'll give it a shot.
Similar to the way my family makes it except no egg or water. Never made it with exact measurements. Always a taste test to see if okay. Have put it over several different green salads. Especially mixed spring greens. Going to try with veggies using your way. ❤💚❤💚❤
Is there any way to can this? I mean, they sell that Wos Wit stuff in jars, so I'm guessing yes, but I'd love to know if anyone has instructions or advice.
That's a great question! I'm not sure because it never lasts long enough in our house to be canned. Maybe one of our viewers can answer? Anyway, thanks for watching!
That dressing looks amazing! Great video guys. How did you shoot cooking bacon in the basement without getting smoked out? Must have a fan going? Great job keeping it out of the shot!

The bacon was cooked low and slow to render as much fat out of it as possible, so very little smoke 🍸
