Artificial Intelligence will not replace professional real estate agents, but the agents that use AI effectively may very well replace agents that don’t use AI.

1️⃣ Captions: For Talking Videos App - This app utilizes AI to analyze your voice and add written captions to your video. This is critical to be able to maximize your short form video contact as many people scroll through social media without sound on.
The app also has a tab called AI Eye Contact that provides you with a way to read a script without looking into the camera. Once the video is complete it can be dropped into the Captions App and by clicking on the AI Eye Contact tab your eyes will be adjusted to where they are looking directly into the camera.
Another amazing AI capability Captions has is the foreign language and lip synch feature. Not only will it convert your video into another language, but it will also synch your lips to where it appears you actually spoke in the new language.
2️⃣ RPR (Realtors Property Resource) AI Market Update Presentations - RPR is available to all Realtors and it has historically been a great resource for local, even down to neighborhood, market statistics and trends. The charts and market details provided by RPR have always been helpful but with the addition of AI capabilities, the value and ability for agents to utilize RPR to serve their prospects and clients at a higher level just increased dramatically.

3️⃣ Howmoneywalks.com - This is a website that utilizes IRS Tax Migration information to identify wealth migration to and from local areas. It provides the top 5 locations people are moving from into your local area and where people leaving your local area are moving to.
This aggregation of data helps agents identify the areas where they are most likely to find buyers moving into their area. This info helps agents in choosing where to spend out of town marketing dollars and efforts. It also provides a way to identify markets where you should build relationships with real estate agents that can become referral partners.
Lastly it is a great tool for showing potential listing clients your attention to details when it comes to marketing their home to the most likely to purchase audience.
4️⃣ ChatGPT - ChatGPT has revolutionized the real estate business. From SEO optimizing Facebook Posts, to Instagram SEO optimized real estate posts, to producing listing presentations that will generate more listings. ChatGPT strategies for real estate agents continue to evolve and change the game.

I research AI rather deeply, have long history in SciTech and business, now retired. I was rummaging around looking for real estate AI applications for a friend in the business, found a lot, including MIT programs that interest me. But this one is the best of the best. He knows the real estate business, understands the applications and how to use them. You would've needed a staff and expensive services to do what Jimmy is teaching: you can do it on your own with a huge increase in productivity. Kudos. (And, no, I'm not a shill or a bot, I'm not even a realtor, but I know good business strategy when I see it)

Thanks! We use the Sony A5 Camera for recording these videos but I use BombBomb for screen recording videos. We also use the Saramonic Wireless Lav mics when recording these videos.

@Jimmy, howmoneywalks "explore the data" shows options to select state, county and msa but, nothing beyond that. am I missing anything ?

Unfortunately I am not aware of something like it in Canada. Also, the US version has been down now for a few months.
