Hi there and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately there is no mute function when used in directional mode. A real disappointment this and a little strange as it is available when used in the conference mode. I am afraid the only way around this is to turn the Mic off. If the user is older then you could ask the Audiiologist to use the manual Roger program so that the user can turn on and off the Roger signal. I hope that helps
Thankyou for this clip, I have now paired compilot 2 with Roger select . A question, I have connected the docking station to the TV, using the optical lead, it worked, however the volume is far to low to be useful, even with compilot 2 on full volume ?
