hi, is it important to have a separated space inside a cabinet for Dehumidifier?

I don't think a separate area is necessary, I have seen the dehumidifiers behind or underneath the cabinet as well.

How fast do the Fans Spin? Do they run the Full 12v ?

I currently have the issue that my humidity wont drop below 50%, i have the same dehumidifier and 1 fan blows air in on one side while the other blows air out on the other side. They turn the same speed and I have a Voltage Regulator so I can change how fast they should run. I am not sure if the speed has something to do with the humidity not dropping below 50@@screenprintingonabudget9208
