Great question bro 💯 I would have a hard time with the dig out bringing in the stone. I could definitely pump it. Those conditions change a lot. I have it easy in a way. I would try xypex in the mix Wich is a water proofing agent. See if I could skip the dig out and stone 👍

Check into the Mini Beak for your S70. instead of having to break those curbs up small like that you could grab large sections. We bought one for our John Deere 270 and its a beast. Makes difficult tear-outs easy. Might be worth while checking out

I will say tho a mini excavator cat 300.9d is less than 3ft wide but has a 3ft wide grading bucket and you could eliminate a laborer or two by having them dig and grade with that smooth bucket eliminates them manual excavator🪣

It's amazing how much better your set up is vs. the rest of the cement contractors on UA-cam. You actually have a legit business, and have a much more profitable / efficient operation. You understand the most important lesson of business which is work smarter and not harder. The standards are much higher in your area too, so you have to be good to get the work that you do.
You know this is the only real concrete channel on here. Your work is legit, you have equipment, and you do much higher margin jobs it seems like. There's two guys on here "posing" to be concrete guys in the midwest. One guy has a 1995 truck with a Georgia buggy thinking he has a company, another is some guy who posts 10 video's a week of him going to Home Depot with amateurs working for him. You actually have professionals working for you, and your standards are much higher. It's an embarrassment to your trade watching these amateurs. It's like saying a cook at Olive Garden is equivalent to a chef at a 5 start Italian restaurant. Their videos are unwatchable.
You know I agree with it. You are a very good at what you do. But you're the richest county in the United States. Go there and I charge $25 a square foot. I would charge 35 a square foot. I would love to see California. Just fall off the map because it's crazy out there I don't care if there's richer than poor that all that matters

Always rebar for tensile strength and keep it as ond piece. So the freeze or melting snow won't heave it💯
