The 4 levels things makes it so much harder to get tier 3 hang because you can't just use some winch or four bar to hook onto the final rung on the ladder if you are already hanged on the second rung of the ladder. So basically you have to use the vertical beams to elevate somehow, or balance on the second to last rung of the ladder then hook onto the final rung, or jump. Alternatively, due to the triangular shape of the rungs. It is possible to create a clamp that doesn't hook over the top of the rung, but instead clamps onto the bottom half(wider piece) of the rung. I hope someone comes up with a designs for the last option.

I like the changes to the game personally, but it’s unfortunate because my team will have to go back and basically redo some of our decision making process, meaning we wasted some time….fun

Tiers 1 ,2, and 3 are specially described as having points. Tier 4 is not. It seams you are correct tier 4 is not worth points. Better be carefully not to accidentally balance on the high stake.

How can you say that GDC doesn't want preload rings scored = "they don't want fun"??
Would you suggest that the GDC allows all of the rings be scored before the match starts, think of how fun that would be.

Chill a tiny bit lol, starting with them scored would be “fun” cause it’s silly and stupid, which is FUNny.

It would be funny cause it’s a loophole. Loopholes are always fun. And having all the rings scored at the start of the match would make for an interesting game given the large amount of descoring that would take place.
