    Greetings. Great job. Such work done in a workshop would probably cost a lot of money. I was able to save money, which means I earned money))). Now you will drive with comfort and the knowledge that everything was done correctly.

      Hi Sergey, I don’t even want to think about how much the shop would charge me for this job, because I know how much they charged me just to hook up the machine and do vacuum 😄 I’m glad I did it myself and just in the right time. Right now is super hot where I drive.

    Good vídeo.
    My 2016 volvo bunk AC lines are leaking... I need to replace before next summer.
    What is the aprox price for the hoses?
    You remember the reference numbers?

      @@Eldelvolvo Thank you brother, I would have to check the invoice for prices and part #. I think it cost around $150 each tube. But it will be much better if you call your local Volvo dealer and check with your VIN# , before you buy anything, check what’s leaking, your truck is fairly new, so I wouldn’t think your A/C lines are cracked or broken. You may have a leak where the expansion valve is located under the bunk. That’s easy fix.

    With it being so hot if you would have bumped up your idle it would have cooled a lot quicker, just idling takes awhile, just replaced my ac condenser, and two lines that where leaking off the compressor to j block and condenser and the dryer and she's down in the mid 30's I should have done it before I went to Houston last week lol! Good video for DIY's I found you because my buddy have a volvo 780 and he has a leaking ac line but didn't know the part number or where the line started from but after watching your video I think from his description it's on of the lines going up and over the firewall to the drivers side, but I'm going to help him get that fixed it's getting way to hot to have to deal with no ac.. Appreciate your video thank you and be safe out here!!

    How do you remove the air filter?

    • @HalfThrottleTom
      @HalfThrottleTom  3 місяці тому +1

      Remove the engine air filter box cover located in the side of the air box.
      There is 6 T25 or T30 torx bits screws holding it. Remove all 6 screws, take cover off, air filter is sitting inside. Pull the old filter out, push new one in the same place. Put cover back on, put all 6 screws back in place. You good to go.

    You are not a mechanic, but you are a truck driver.
    These orange seatbelt, loose nut, steering wheel holding people, who don’t carry any tools are not truck drivers.
