I got a vec sensor fault, abs light and tcs, 2016 volvo vnl 670. It comes and goes randomly. I switched harness for radar sensor and abs modulator valve. Do you think this is the culprit to my problem ? Cruise control won’t work. After an hour or two I turn truck off for 5-10 minutes and they go away. But in diagnostics there’s an active code 24/7 and it says front radar something is blocking It. Or it’s detecting randomly objects that are not there*
Not sure but this would be easy to check real quick. Just get near your brake pedal so you can see and hear this sensor, push the brake pedal, and when you release it listen for the sensor to click as the pedal makes contact with the spring. If you do not hear the click this sensor is probably the culprit. If not, there could be a few other causes for this fault.
Can that switch make your truck to slip in reverse? My truck runs fine going straight but in reverse truck is slipping. If I press gas pedal the whole truck jerks?

I'm having the same issue on a 2023. TCS, ABS and VADA lights co-present at the same time.
