Sometimes that happens too late in life. Looks like scott had the same type of relationship with his dad as I. I called my dad hitler too cause he was.
I always liked bloomer. I met him working for another team once and walked around a track with him. Listening to him and another guy talk about the clay. I really had no idea what a legend he would become. That was over 20 years ago.
Very eerie watching Scott drive past the Pan-Am barn where he lost his life in his yellow plane that was in the other Flo video... so crazy & such a horrible deal, R.I.P to the greatest of all time 🐐
I'd love to spend aweek with Bloomer. I first met him in 88 at the world 100 when we went to try and qualify, we were watching the street stocks race and just talking racing. We're the same age and I wanted to go to work for him but a accident happened and ended that had a hip replacement and back surgery then a few years later he had the back issues I wanted to learn more from Scott he's the icon, the man of dirt late models. My racing heros are Hewitt, Bloomquist and Haud the best of all time.🏁🇺🇸🏁🤙
Loved seeing his Dad and him. Prayers to the family. He brought a lot of joy and excitement and he will be remembered. I hope his loved ones are looked after
2 kids from Wisconsin... nobodies by any stretch. Rookie year bro at 17 had 8 semi wins, a 5th at a UMP summer nat. We lost the ride that winter... took years to build a car and we never raced Wisconsin again... packed up and raced BULLS GAP everytime we had fuel money. First time to the gap we traveled at night near midnight 1am into mooresville trying to find his home... we never had a dollar to our name but we figured if we could just meet him the world would change... we chickened out. Still bothers me to this day. But back in 2008 we showed late to the last night at Volusha for speed week. We parked next to Bloomer and Schleiper. Our open trailer, used tires we put it in the fast dash ... we qualified 12th out 147... we built everything minus the round tube that Joe Garrison made from a new and computer car combo cause we thought it would work... We were in shock most of the night... so Fast dash lines up... outside 6th for us... and who is in the eyeballs in front inside... THE GOAT... it spooked my brother... but he had a shot... I hear all the knobs in the pits that hate him, so ignorant... the innovator, the shoe... THE GOAT!!!
I hope gets better best driver I have ever seen a man that can win a race on 3 wheels has a lot of talent I have always said that man you don't ever count out hoping for a speedy recovery
Release the unedited version of this. I think we all need it.
Scott was damn proud of his old man. Prayers go out to the bloomer family 🙏🏻

Are Scott’s parents still alive? This question is asked after Scott crashed his plane.

Flo is killing it with some of these short features.
Very surreal passing by the barn with Bloomer narrating 😕 RIP Scott, no more pain and suffering brother

Excellent fucking video! And Scott is my all time favorite.
Rip Scott Legend!
Bloomer to me has always been the Dale Sr of dirt late model racing!
I hope gets better best driver I have ever seen a man that can win a race on 3 wheels has a lot of talent I have always said that man you don't ever count out hoping for a speedy recovery
I'm literally in shock still. I can't fathom a world without Bloomer. GodSpeed to the G.O.A.T!
I have took a great video of him from Eldora. I was walking through the pits and I saw him between the back of two trailers doing his tires.
Super interesting guy. Total legend
RIP Bloomer! You will be missed
This man is a national treasure
What a treasure to have.
Man. Was never into his kind of dirt racing but respect and RIP, legend.
Been there a few times. Run into him a few weeks back at D&R just up the road. Said his back was doing good,so far so good. Planning on racing again.
How ironic that Midnight Rider by The Allman Brothers is playing in the background and Scott was a known night owl. RIP Black Sunshine...
Good observation..
❤🏁🚗 God Speed Scott 🙏
Champion Always 🏆
Ready and hope to see you at eldora
More of this would be nice..
The best to ever do it right here
Scott Bloomquist was the goat
If Jack Hewitt gets to fish at the pond at Eldora, Bloomer should get to also
I agree sir
Yes absolutely no1 has had the success in a late model at eldora like bloomer has ..he should have lifetime rights to the pond lol
Rip .. legend ..
"it's about finding hundredths in 10 places" he sure got that right! RIP to the late model GOAT.
Hope bloomer gets a 100% clear bill of health.
Me too!.
🤣 Doubt that
This didn't age well
He's got no pain and no worries anymore!
R I P SCOTT BLOOMQUIST 😎
Part of me wants to think se was trying to fly through that barn old lions style
Scott’s father’s 1951 Henry J gasser, It was said his dad won an race in the car. Was that the Southeast Gassers Association?
Why was that plane blurred out?
Was wondering the same thing.
Up there racing on the dirt tracks of gold rip bloomer
Landing it ripped left into the barn
Flew right into the PANAM sign. sad. Entertaining til the end.
That guy was just smarter than the others.
👽🛸🖤
What actually happened? Was he trying to buzz the barn and got too close or what
He made it to eldora but he took off to a different planet 😂
For rills
Jesus is Lord 🙏
"My Dad was kind of Hitler back then." 😅
just hearing the mans voice gets me upset
