I bought my daughter the Lego flower kit. She’s put them in one of those fish Glug vases. They look fabulous! I’ve stopped buying daffodils as much as I love them the last lot I got only lasted 3 days. When you think about it they are just in boxes in the supermarket they aren’t in buckets of water.
I ordered thar exact same cupboard from amazon, it was a menace! Broke apart as soon as it had the smallest amount of weight, I ended up throwing it out after a month hahaha

And I truly believe there are some amazing wonderful things about social media and the community I've found over the last decade online has been a godsend and changed my life but you're right no one is immune to some insecurity and now everyone has a new hack or a new opinion and no one is wrong and no one gives the benefit of the doubt on a comment before starting to personally insult people like we're not made to have to interact with the entire world at once. Now everyone can be heard and for some people that SHOULD be heard then that's awesome but some people yknow just like really please..please stop talking. I totally agree with everything you said! It's not just your fyp, social media is really getting out of hand. I feel like people are living in an alternate reality where there are really weird, specific and unrealistic rules about how you should be, and if you don't follow them you're considered cringy or icky. It's so hard not to let that type of content affect you because it's literally everywhere, and the only way to fully ignore it is to delete apps like tiktok. I have also been finding it really scary and strange how normalised it is now a days to film strangers on the street to then make fun of them online...like sometimes I'm scared to do anything in public in case someone will make fun of me!! so stupid. This is why channels like yours are so important :), you are such a positive and non-judgemental person, I really appreciate your content! I wish there were more people like you in the world. TikTok feels like Twitter atm. depending on your feed you get what you want or what you really dont need. its all dependant on what you watch and interact with. and with the Sign thing, even if you did find it cringe and someone was like 'oh no i just got that!' doesnt mean you have to apologise or take back your opinion. feel a lot of social media has also made it so you are bad for your opinion if someone doesnt agree or is hurt by it. a lot of personalities are being lost and individualities... like as long as you arent being hateful or harming someone say what you want
Social media is toxic and you should take your own advice and stay off it,years ago this wasn't a thing and the only thing you had to worry about your appearance is looking cool 😊.
Mark it looks better in it being empty. You can just put a plant next to the bed. Maybe put some lights on it. You already have your mirror desk. Seems bit all cluttered. Simplicity and space makes it bigger.

I hope I can keep my children away from social media as long as possible. It can be such a toxic place and I can only imagine how self conscious it can make teens who are in the years of growing into themselves. I wish it was a more positive and uplifting experience that taught that every individual is great in their own ways and you don’t have to be a certain way to belong.

I remember growing up and always feeling like I didn't fit in but desperately wanted to and I would change who I was and compare myself to others just to try to fit in and I ended up losing myself in the process and not liking who I had become, it was soul destroying honestly but as I have grown up I have learned to stop comparing myself to others and to embrace the weird, geek that I am, i own it and I don't care what others think of me now, I'm happy and I know the friends I have around me now love me for me!

Hi mark hope you are ok & well so ....social media urmmmm well I came of tik tok best thing I did and my hubby did the same just to much negativity on there!I believe 2024 will be our year as last especially last seven months been awful and exhausting but i hope this year we will move and that my husband will get his kidney transplant fingers crossed.I would like to say thou mark you do make me laugh,smile and feel good about myself as you show positivity and strength,keep being you not many ppl like you xx

Mark delete tick tock for a month and see how you feel, it was great in lockdown but about last year I deleted it because of those videos that kept coming up. So I deleted it and never got it back and I don’t regret it 👍🏽❤️

TikTok feels like Twitter atm. depending on your feed you get what you want or what you really dont need. its all dependant on what you watch and interact with. and with the Sign thing, even if you did find it cringe and someone was like 'oh no i just got that!' doesnt mean you have to apologise or take back your opinion. feel a lot of social media has also made it so you are bad for your opinion if someone doesnt agree or is hurt by it. a lot of personalities are being lost and individualities... like as long as you arent being hateful or harming someone say what you want
Social media is toxic and you should take your own advice and stay off it,years ago this wasn't a thing and the only thing you had to worry about your appearance is looking cool 😊.

I hope I can keep my children away from social media as long as possible. It can be such a toxic place and I can only imagine how self conscious it can make teens who are in the years of growing into themselves. I wish it was a more positive and uplifting experience that taught that every individual is great in their own ways and you don’t have to be a certain way to belong.
I always think it’s that first hint of longer days and mild weather that is fake spring at the end of jan/early feb then we get hit again with second winter before real spring and it throws us. lol also maybe we had too much final destination types films too young lol mark so we now are hella superstitious 😂😂😂

I remember growing up and always feeling like I didn't fit in but desperately wanted to and I would change who I was and compare myself to others just to try to fit in and I ended up losing myself in the process and not liking who I had become, it was soul destroying honestly but as I have grown up I have learned to stop comparing myself to others and to embrace the weird, geek that I am, i own it and I don't care what others think of me now, I'm happy and I know the friends I have around me now love me for me!

I definitely think social media (mostly tiktok) is causing people to overanalyse everything, what their 'aesthetic' is, whether something is cringe etc. That's why I've never had tiktok and never will lol. Being 100% yourself in this world is super super hard but those that persevere and stay grounded in themselves will attract the energy of similar people and will stand out from the crowd. Things I've been telling myself for like a decade and still feel afraid to be myself 🥴
I've also been feeling horrific since the beginning of this year, lets hope it can only go up from here lol
