Basically, a daredevil turned government agent after getting caught, and ends up saving Europe from a chemical weapon. That's why you saw the scenes with the car flying off the bridge, you saw Vin Diesel shirtless, a Eastern European woman a couple of times, and then Sam Jackson. And, the reason for the movie title being "XXX" is because of the game of baseball. In baseball, a batter has 3 times they can miss swinging the bat at the baseball. If they miss, that's called a "strike," and it's recorded in a book with an "X" next to the player's name. So three "Xs" means "3 strikes," and in America, "3 strikes" is also a way of saying, "you messed up so badly in society, you're going to prison." The reason? Getting "3 strikes" is an "out," and after 3 outs, the team up to bat becomes the team in the field guarding the bases. If you understand soccer, aka football, then you understand the difference between offense and defense. In American baseball, the team up to bat is on offense, while the team guarding the bases is on defense.
