Green looks really nice on you! 😍 Thsnks so much for the swatches. The packaging is cute, but not my taste, and I think a deeper matte brown would have been a nice addition. I do think this would be a great pairing palette to the Mint Chocolate (one of my faves). The formula seems brand new, and has Shea butter.

I think green really suits you, and I know it's not your thing but I'd love to see you do a brighter look as well - what's the worst that could happen?! 😂 I bought this palette when it came out but still haven't used it - you've inspired me to try it tomorrow! Will probably just try something quite simple and light using only a couple of the greens. For night time I can see me combining this with one of the Tammi palettes maybe. I've bought so many recently it's time for me to get brave and start using them! 😂 x
Hi Samantha, I have used this palette a few times now, and i agree it needs more yellow-based greens. The cooler shades like Avo & Hass don't blend well with other shades or on their own. Smash & Bite need a glitter glue to keep them in place, or they go everywhere, and i think that Lime is not pigmented enough. Creamy, toast, Seed, and mousse are lovely colours, but they don't go with this palette. However, with all that said i think the look you created is beautiful. x
Hi, I have just received this palette today, and loads of other items from Revolution! Including the Turkish Delight palette which is gorgeous! It has 4 pressed glitters, so not many out of the whole palette if your worried. I also got the Jack palette, and omg it is beautiful! I got the new fruity blushers and the banana highlighter too, all gorgeous too. I am gonna have a play with them tomorrow morning 😁 xo

The puppies are not too bad, frustrated that they can’t go out as much and sleeping a lot. I on the other hand am melting. It’s not my favourite.... I hope you’re keeping well and cool 😘
Samantha this hot weather is melting hot, Tuesday evening here in Lancashire was just to much, I didn't know what to do with myself everything you did you felt like you where melting. It's a little cooler today but humid which is the one thing I hate. We're forecast for low 30's tomorrow I dread to this what you'll have being further south in Norfolk. ☀️😘

Hi Sam the Make up is interesting. I like the way you balanced the green out with the California Shade. It suits you! The green shimmer shades look pretty. Stone and pear look nice! I like the Seed shade swell.. It does seem to help Finnish off your eye look! I see what you mean about the early green . It does look lovely. Like you, I am not normally a green eye shadow lover, but this look is great. You have inspired me to try it out!. Thanks Sam. Not sure if you have tried it already, but how about a light to mid tone powdery blue and a silver as contrast to your eye and hair colour. With the right tones and shades, I think look could rock on you! I would be interested to see you try out this theory! Something else I wanted to share with you. I love drawing, and have discovered some Kawaii How to Draw Really Cute Suff book! They look like easy little doodles. They do animal and other cute stuff in the Kawaii Range. I though it is something you might find relaxing and enjoyable. I know make up is your passion, it is might guilty pleasure too! I loved the waterproof revelution mascara I have 2 backups I wear the conceal and define full coverage foundation and the waterproof revelution mascara as my everyday makeup its all I need! Covers all my imperfections and actually curls and lifts my straight lashes and better then high end makeup Ive tried where mascaras have been a waste of money

I had a big declutter last week of all my palettes and have just kept the ones that I really love and will now only buy what really appeals to me so I think I will be giving this one a miss. Whilst I will always love revolution, when I went through all my palettes there were a lot that had similar colours so I have only kept the ones that I really get excited using and ones that also allow me do do multiple eye looks. I have just purchased 2 new palettes from beauty bay by Bh cosmetics which arrived today and I am in love with them 😍❤️ xx

I got the Turkish delight palette, I think there’s only 4 glitters in it, as I don’t tend to use glitters either, and I’m enjoying it. I also got the Honey Palette, happy with that, and I also got the Waffle face palette which I’m really liking. I have this in my basket at the mo, along with other bits, need to wait until payday tho lol I’m so into greens and yellows at the moment so when I saw this I just have to have it. I got the Colourpop just lucky palette but it’s not the greens I’m looking for, but this has a beautiful selection of colours that I love 💚💚💚💚xx
Hello Sam, Just thought I would mention I got a Barry M Palette today. I know I said below you might like a blue silvery nomination. It is called Wildlife Eye Shadow Palette. It has a striking picture of a snow leopard on the front It is a limited edition, 20 per cent of the profits are going to the Snow Leopard foundation. It was I think 7 pound ninety nine! It has 3 blue colours in it and a light and dark silver/grey colour. It has a black, fairly sparkly burgundy, a light caramel colour and a white I guess highlighted. The Blues are a lightish powdery, blue, a sort of royal blue, and a deeper slightly smokey blue. I have tried the light silver with a tad of the darker on my lids with the blue shades above. I think it is a nice palette It also has a mirror in the lid. It may be a purchase you what to make and test and review of your channel! xxx
Hello Samantha, like your eye makeup, but my greens are usually tending towards less khaki, more blueish greens. I think the case outer really does reflect the contents of the palette, which often does not happen. I really like the palette and am very likely to invest in it. Thank you.
Hi Sam. Back from the emerald isle to a review on a green palette. Love what you came up with but still not in love with this one. Feel that it is a young green mix and not as complex as it needs to be for a more mature person. X x x

Because the palette is predominantly green the shades that weren’t green should have worked together. Also the mattes weren’t consistent. I would have preferred the palette was split into four sections and within each section you could create a different green look. I think brands need to create palettes that all shades are relevant to that palette rather than chucking shades together for the hell of it 😘
Hey Samantha you're looking as though you've caught the sun, but this pallette isn't for me at all.... But adore avocado's and funnily enuf I bought two in sainsburys on offer at 1.25 for two, will let them ripen for three days before eating, yum yum....

Frankly was going to buy this palette yesterday & will likely in a mini haul. Not sure why you'd get it if green isn't in your day to or even out there looks. The browns are fine as long as they're used correctly & in order. Only so many green based golds & it is called the *Avocado* palette, not a gold. The packaging, really is fine & so is the layout inside, especially for a brand that makes cheap products, you get what you pay for. I can see at least 6 different looks with this palette & the same with all of the others. I can't stand though is a hour video that contains 7 ads! 7! Without time stamps to know when you're done describing the outside packaging, which I won't keep, or the palette packaging, which isn't the point or how long you complained about it only having a single gold when it's basically a monochromatic palette, honestly I wished instead of a gold, there's tons of duo-chrome greens they should've used. Fine with the shimmers, the metallics & the satin mattes & mattes. The lime, inner corner highlight. This caters to a particular group & if you don't like green, it's as simple as don't waste your money or the environment by chucking what you don't use. But those are my opinions.

I love the chocolate palettes and I have purchaded a bunch of them but I really don't like the food themed ones.
