Your project is amazing. I love not only your success but the incredible depth you have for such a young man. You are giving me great motivation to battle against my life threatening covid. My family and I have been hit by this horrible disease, which has shut me down. What I am doing now, is doing everything in my power, to reverse the effect of this disease via special diet, relaxing, breathing exercises and meditation. You have opened my eyes to what is out there, if one applies the mind, work hard and go for it. I believe I can do it. The hardest thing in life for me has been combating ill health. When I beat it, I know I will be a winner. What an exceptional project. How do you keep in shape always? You are never out of shape, never get fat and always look well. You have certainly grown into a fine man. What is your current bodyweight? I am 19st 8lbs. I came down from 21st 7lbs back in 2021 to 17st 2lbs, then covid illness made me go back up to 19st 8lbs which I am today. I want to get down to 13 stones 7lbs by next summer and get rid of my long covid illness. Have you been vaccinated? I have not touched the vaccine despite getting infected 5 times with covid and almost dying 6 times.
That Jacuzzi is mind-blowing. I have never seen one like it.
This has been amazing viewing and your project is breath taking. You are one incredible motivator.

Dekton is also fire/heat proof which is amazing, you can put hot pans directly on it without it damaging the dekton at all. Great product choice 😄

Love this comment 🙏 people have to include more green areas to their concrete villas to make habitat for wildlife. We have 15 ara land , our house is 1 ara. The rest is permaculture garden/food forest and I haven't seen more wildlife elsewhere in Bali than in our garden. It's bursting with life 🙌

When will you talk about buying the land (leasehold/freehold structures/etc.)? It's one of the most important things when buying land in Indonesia.
He bought freehold with pma I believe
People in Bali use the term freehold when technically it is a very long leasehold (decades) and you have full rights to use and build on it. No foreign company or person can own land in the pure freehold sense of the term as in English common law. People will also say they bought land when they really mean they bought a lease on the land. People sometimes also say they bought a house, when it is an apartment or flat, actually. Be wary of the terms.
@@donaldhanson8990 No. Freehold (Hak Milik) is if you put the land on your name or company and that's only possible for Indonesian citizens or Indonesian companies. There are 2 versions of leasehold, Hak Sewa and Hak Pakai. Hak Sewa is simply if you rent something. Hak Pakai is an official certificate for decades and extendable, so you can use hak pakai for almost 100 years.

Based on the graphics; your villa roofs are designed to be flat. So, you need the best and greatest water proofing for a flat roof because of the heavy and high amount of rainfall that you get in the Tropics climate.

This guy is a classic example of a foreigner with plenty of money coming to Bali totally ignoring the Bali culture and exploiting traditional values.
He's employed foreigners to design and build a western designed villa .
Contributing nothing to the island using imported materials and imported cultural designs.
The house has nothing that fits into Balinese design n culture.
He's completely ignorant of the reason local Balinese homes are built the way they are.
He's also ignorant of the reaction of locals and the disapproval of this box being built it stands out like a sore thumb .
At the moment he's throwing money around everybody's happy everybody's profiting.
When the taps turned off reality will creep in and the fragile existence building a property like this in Bali really is
it wont last here. esp if there is any sand in the crete. earthquakes will destroy his villa within a year
@@anatta467 it's not about sand in the concrete in Bali it's about the local workers don't follow building formulas..
How much sand n cement mix etc .
You can show them explain to them but as soon as you walk away they just go back to old habits.
I've been here many years a builder back in Australia and the first advice I give people is be in control on site every day supervise .
He has money and Forman on site if it's a foreign Forman then ok .
But even if his hired an Indonesian building company they don't train there people cuz many off them don't know themselves .
It runs through every thing in Indonesia and althou they will not show it they hate foreigners telling them your doing it wrong and it's very hard to teach them .
The president of Indonesia has a saying you have too change your mental.
The second advice is control the money they know a thousand ways to scam you even the Indo building company.
He would be paying western prices for this house and who ever convinced him to do a flat roof in the tropics don't know what their doing or hasn't been here long

Indonesia has a new policy for foreigners in Bali. Now even you can have 10-year visa as long as you can make a proof that you have 200k USD in your bank account (for guarantee that you can stay in Bali without a job)
Why would you do that rather than a pma visa
@@alexandertraveler510 Because a PMA requires IDR 10B paid-up capital, not including land and building. But, without a PMA you can't do anything commercial.

How about adding a cafe like ambiance on the rooftop, add plants flowers and all season sofas and a simple minimal cafe shop
How about just a railing on the roof perimeters and leave it as open space to do yoga etc. or just sit and listen to the birdlife under the tree canopy. Would love to stay there.

Nice looking project. Interested how you will rent it out - which i presume is short term from your words. Likely you have opened a PMA with this villa - however a PMA cannot rent out property on a short term basis, as a PMA cannot obtain a pondok wisata holiday rental licence for villas - so how do you do it? You wont be able to do tax returns as it will not be clear where the income is coming from - because short term renting would be illegal.
@@peteiovene9177 these parasites need to be filtered out, they cause unrest in the housing market here, and take business away from legal companies local and foreign.
