    Selkirk Sport, a made-in-the-USA manufacturer of pickleball paddles and accessories, is a family-owned and operated company based in Hayden, Idaho, located in the shadows of its namesake, the Selkirk mountain range. Founded in 2014, Selkirk Sport is born off a passion for sport, as well as the great western outdoor leisure lifestyle that was afforded to the Company’s founders, Rob and Mike Barnes, along with their father Jim, who is Selkirk’s production manager. Backed by the philosophy of always pushing the limits, Selkirk Sport is committed to manufacturing products that deliver the highest performance with unmatched quality and service. As part of its early success, Selkirk Sport was the very first pickleball manufacturer to offer an unprecedented lifetime warranty on its high-performance products. And, to meet the demands of the game’s premier professionals, the company developed low-profile edge guards that are lightweight and extremely durable. Selkirk Sport has become one of the industry’s fastest-growing companies with paddles used by many of the game’s premier players, such as Tyson McGuffin, Parris Todd, Dylan Frazier, Mary Brascia, Maggie Brascia, Wesley Gabrielsen, Cammy MacGregor, and a host of others who are premier players and national/regional champions.

      you do know that lindsay complements rileys aggressive court coverage play? she knows rileys game more than anyone. she is an assister and knows her role. lindsay just needs more pro play since she has been out for awhile.

    I get it that you don't want to tap paddles until after the match is over, but dismissing an opponent because she beat you on match point? Who's the petulant 16 year old here?

  • @johnsanders3501
    @johnsanders3501 Рік тому +14

    So the Newmans don’t tap after game one and two looking pretty childish doing so. . and then Riley snubs AL at the end. Riley just might be the Patrick Reed of pickleball.

      Riley is ridiculous. If he had any credibility people might have followed suit on the mid match taps. . . but no one wants to be associated with him. Hopefully he will find a way to save face and get out of this reputational tailspin he has gotten himself into.

    37:08 was this a nvz fault by Ben? Looks like his first step was into the nvz before he then hits Riley's return out of the air

    • @jkeiffer
      @jkeiffer Рік тому

      Not sure. Since he seemed to establish both feet on the court before hitting the overhead it's probably legal. If he had pushed off like he did and didn't reestablish both feet on the court it would have been a fault. But that's just IMO.

    • @isThisTaken
      @isThisTaken Рік тому

      @@AllHijinksNoHighDinks I saw it happen in another ladies doubles match and was also surprised when lobs resulted in multiple foot fault calls. The reason was the same - the player's first step to hit the lob was a small step forward into the nvz which resulted in being called by the ref on it

    • @isThisTaken
      @isThisTaken Рік тому

      @@AllHijinksNoHighDinks that makes sense, and the rules also indicate that's the case. It seems like the ref has to decide if a full extra step occurred before the step where the ball is volleyed. The lobs in that other ladies match where faults were called must have been not quite as deep resulting in only one or two smaller steps before hitting the lob.
