Very informative video Thurmont is also very close to Frederick I live right off 15 it’s only about 10 minutes from monacacy blvd up in the mountains, my husband’s commute to Clarksburg is only a 45 minute drive. it’s a very pretty area and it seems the cost of living is much cheaper than Frederick itself. Brunswick is great too but a lot of complaints about crazy crazy water bills in the recent years I’m very glad to be on well water up here!
There are other options for internet service one being Verizon and a few lesser know options with a starting rate of $34.95 . Food items in grocery stores are not taxed, in VA same items taxed at 2.5% Real estate taxes in Frederick are quite high compared to numerous other areas I have lived in but housing costs are a lot less than similar housing in many nearby areas, in Leesburg va you would pay at least double for a comparable home
